To add to this, I try to hit what I'll be working the next day the night before as well. Makes the prehab during the preworkout a bit easier, IMO.It's worth it. Just work from your feet, up to your shoulders. Pick what area hurts and needs fixed then fix it, then just spent 2 minutes each of everything else.

I do completely agree with the aggressive approach on mobility by restoring motion the night before to work more on activation at the gym.

Looks like the bar drifted with 485 because your knees came in a little bit and the bar had to get around them. Hard to tell for sure, you're too goddamn fast! 535 I think you might be able to lock it out quicker if you violently lock your knees out ASAP on the way up. That was one thing Lilly would not shut up about when he made us watch Belyaev's pull on a loop for like five minutes straight. He's got a boner for Belyaev.

I've locked out 535 from 4" blocks easily. I think I just inched my stance out a bit too far it felt.

He actually looks about right IMO. I'm 5'7" and 225 right now. I'm expecting to step on stage at around 190-195 at the moment. His bf is fairly low. I'd even venture around 10%. Just a beefy dude. I bet finding jeans is pretty tough for him!
