I didnt notice anything from cissus even at higher doses got more out of the 6 grams of fish oil im taking joints feel great

How would you control the experiment? If it works how will you prove it is better than with cissus?

I mean this with all due respect, and I mean all due respect...this would be a ****ty way to control an experiment. This is more like testing at best. Just saying with all due respect.
 
Pause was as Napalm said, evil. Also scary was the way your coworkers spot a 500lb squat. Lol. Not like everyone knows how to spot correctly, but still scared me.

Hey man I have an 86 in lab. I know what's going on lol. Joint force has both in it. So take away cissus but still supply paractin. That's what I want to see

No more than 15 minutes. Normally around 10. I try to keep 10-15 minutes before bed of doin the same stuff pretty much. During lunch, I laid down with the lax ball and drove it back in between my scapula with my hips raised driving into it and did some shoulder flexion.

Lower stays around 10-15, as long as I can devote time the night before it earlier in the day

My job in the winter time makes my body feel like crap
 
I gotta come up w something like 15-20 minutes to do everyday. Around the first of the year I plan on working that stuff in...

It's worth it. Just work from your feet, up to your shoulders. Pick what area hurts and needs fixed then fix it, then just spent 2 minutes each of everything else.

It's worth it. Just work from your feet, up to your shoulders. Pick what area hurts and needs fixed then fix it, then just spent 2 minutes each of everything else.
To add to this, I try to hit what I'll be working the next day the night before as well. Makes the prehab during the preworkout a bit easier, IMO.

Fûck yeah. I mentioned that while you were on a trip somewhere I think. rob112 concurs with it's effectiveness, along with you. We should all be prepping for a lift day.

Smoker just loves to argue bc his sister beats him up so he takes it out else where.

I do completely agree with the aggressive approach on mobility by restoring motion the night before to work more on activation at the gym.

Everything poppin except for 535 still! I absolutely expect you to be doubling 510-515 at the very least on pulls, homie.

Looks like the bar drifted with 485 because your knees came in a little bit and the bar had to get around them. Hard to tell for sure, you're too goddamn fast!

535 I think you might be able to lock it out quicker if you violently lock your knees out ASAP on the way up. That was one thing Lilly would not shut up about when he made us watch Belyaev's pull on a loop for like five minutes straight. He's got a boner for Belyaev.

Andrey B is a pretty sweet lifter. I actually only learned about him back in March when I was watching live stream from I think a USAPL (?) event. He came up and just tore it up with a 4x bw deadlift.

Well rounded, well built, strong as hell. He's gotta be very close to the full meet bench press record in the 198-220 range as well.
 
How tall is he? Stalky mofo

Best I could find is that he's 5'7" or so. Dude must have hollow bones to have that much muscle at 5'7" 198, I don't care if it was a freakin 48 hour weigh in.
 
He actually looks about right IMO. I'm 5'7" and 225 right now. I'm expecting to step on stage at around 190-195 at the moment. His bf is fairly low. I'd even venture around 10%. Just a beefy dude. I bet finding jeans is pretty tough for him!
