My diet consists of protein shakes, bars, cans of tuna....rinse and repeat. That's how much I hate being in the kitchen.

Believe me I know. I work 10-12 hours a day depending on my client load, those things for me are just a matter of convenience. I eat like an animal on the weekends, however.
The Solution

So do i, but i only use about 1 scoop of whey a day and no protein bars.
All about bulk cooking brother....
200g of chicken a day
200g of beef or some whole eggs a day (around 5-6)
200g of yogurt
low fat cheese
1 scoop whey
protein for a day
150-200g dry rice a day
200-300g potato
Berries/Banana's/Apples
Veggies
Rolls/Bread
Trailmix/Granola/Cereal
Easy for carbs
Fats are mostly trace + Fish Oil + whole eggs or beef trace

I hear you. I pretty much eat the same things Mon-Thursday, Fridays have more flexibility for me. I work a desk job and am on conference calls most of the day. Difficult to get up from my desk and heat things up, so again the whey/bars/tuna are all just a matter of convenience. I'm use to it by now. Fridays my day tends a bit more flexible, so I order out steaks, chicken, lean fish etc.

That's why I just do mean prep easy and fast just in the kitchen one day then every morning for breakfast
