I've never messed with TUDCA really. Some cycles if I'm using heavy methyls I'll hit up the milk thistle and NAC if it's like stano and halo I don't bother. Just be smart. Don't crush the beers 4 nights a week and your probably fine.

One of the more experienced members here has really put things in perspective for me. As "harsh" as superdrol, anadrol and winstrol are, their about the same as Advil with liver tox levels... Arthritis patients eat that sh!t like pez candy. Chew on that for a bit.

Is cycle support even needed? I say yes for the other ingredients. Not the liver "protection". Mostly to keep bp low and stuff like that.

In for results..... Was looking into running SDMZ at 2 caps a day (20mg msten/dmz). Then maybe throwing a cap of lgi dmz-15 in with it.

i didn't recommend 30mg of msten for the long haul purely based on my high blood pressure - you'll have to experiment. I've got the bloods to prove TUDCA @ 500-1000mg/day on orals does me just fine, along with some cheap antioxidants for good measure & because I'm so prone to sinus infections it seems these last few years.

Nutraplanets was around 30/bottle, Shredded Labs stuff was actually totally legit according to my bloods, & the local supp shop has some brand for 30 as well. Omega's is always 40ish. These really aren't crazy prices for something that's as good as it gets.

As for the burning, of course it burned. It's an ACID. That's why people cap it. Buy it capped or buy a capper. Gel caps are hella cheap.

NAC is the only compound besides TUDCA I'd trust my liver to, personally. That shiz also seems to work for me. FWIW.
 
Nutraplanet's tudca had been out of stock for awhile. I keep checking, do to i need to order some.

I know; I bought some for 26/bottle when they were clearing it out lol. If I'd have known I'd prob have bought more than 6. Prob just going to buy a capper since most of my stuff is bulk anyway.
 
Well SamE is up there for liver issues as well its just that it treats a different symptom than that caused by methyls, which is blocked bile. Its weird cuz there really needs to be more research done with TUDCA. UDCA is proven and is supplied at a prescription level, but TUDCA is still OTC because of the taurine and there isn't as much government or university backed studies done with it. Both are very effective but dosage really is subjective, as it seems all supplements are...

Just curious, how much you going to dose the Aegis at? IIRC, the tudca in aegis is only 85mg a cap.
 
And that's hella pricey. I'd just keep some bulk NAC around too & stack it in vs buy more Aegis tho. Synergy is a beautiful thing, & everyone knows NAC is legit anyway.
 
Oh btw.....time to get your recomp on! Msten makes you just look better, all-around. And DOMs completely disappeared after 2 wks or so on it for me. It was insane; I could train every single day.

No training for today. Dosed 2 Msten and the supports. Nothing more to report
 
Hopefully I get a session in tomorrow. Working late shifts through the weekend but making good hours. Hard to get all my meals and training in but I'll make it happen. Waiting for black Friday to stock up on protein.

I feel like hell today. Gonna eat a huge breakfast right now, thats right breakfast is at 2pm when your on graves for OT. Slam a ton of water. Take my pills. Beat off. Shower. Then go put a new heater core in my car. Probably just run a 3 mile and do some pullups and bench for my workout
 
So Decimate powder almost gives me an asthma attack every time I open it… Off to the gym gents
 
Working out without creatine is something I haven't done in quit a long time. Ouch
 
Ok so its been weeks since I did any PT and it showed by way of pain. Tonights workout was mostly just a smoke check.

I ran 1.25 miles in 8:30...
5 supersets bench+pullups...

I left hurting. This is gonna be a fun 3 months
 
i hate lifting with out creatine. i forget the amount of boost i get from it while im on for 3 to 6 months at a time. when i come off i feel almost naked
 
Hopefully by the end of the week msten kicks in and my workouts are more productive
 
I've been cycling it for years. It'll be nice to be off it for awhile. Guess I'll finally have a chance to see how much of a difference it makes

The impromptu it was, today at least. 1 mile run followed by 5 MonstaSets:

3 X
Negative cable curl
Cable side raise
Neutral grip pushdown
2 X
Alt db curl
Plate Raise
Db shrugs
Single arm cable pushdown

Didn't have much time before work so I just threw some sh*t together
 
There's always 5/3/1. A Westside system is probably worthless to you for a recomp, as you'll spend the first 30 min of your workout with zero sweating & probably still end up with profuse back pumps with all the squatting/pulling variants.

There's always 5x5 systems, like the Texas Method. Never used that one, but heard some good things.

Idk personally if DC works longterm, but I do know a DC set will kick your ass. Prob not good if you will train more than 3x/ wk though; it demands a lot of recovery time. More for 2-3x/wk lifters.
 
You should probably just find the latest & greatest article in men's fitness, honestly.

Should be effing jacked in about 30 days. Probably less.
 
Hell yeah. Put on 30 lbs all lean muscle. Six pack abs with striations. Lol. I really don't have time to figure everything out until Wednesday when I have a day off
 
Ill tell you what though, todays workout kicked my ass. I sped thru that sh*t and was gassed at the end. Felt like puking at the end. Its good though. I really want to take advantage of this cycle and slim down some. I'm coming in around 186-190 depending on time of day right now. Hoping to stay there but get stronger and leaner
 
I don't know if its from standing in corframs all day or the msten but I feel like I'm getting a small back cramp/pump. Upping dermacrine to 5 pumps tomorrow and taurine another 2 grams. We'll see
