What's up guys so basically I wanted to see what was your current macros for bulking. I'm 20 180lbs and looking to compete naturally next September. I'm currently at 3000 cals 300 c 187 p and 116 f. Do you think this is a good ratio? Also is it ok to eat 10+ whole eggs a day? I heard cholesterol on eggs is a myth. Let me know thanks!
