-constant tension/no lockout
-standing on block/toes pointed out/pushing off balls of feet
2nd set: I was going to finish with these, but couldn’t resist giving them a go. I’d planned on having someone press down on the machine for added tension during the holds, but there wasn't anyone around. I got creative and added bands, which provided a ton of tension and had me ready to cry lol. I only cut out 6 seconds of video, so there wasn't much rest before the holds. The final set with additional reps was ridiculous.

-squat: feet in front of bar
-I tried to record the second set, which was one of the toughest to grind out that I can remember. I wish I could see it, as I must’ve looked like I was going to collapse (I was). My legs were pretty much dead after hack squats and everything that followed was pure torture.

-extensions: 3 sec hold in contracted position / lowering to just before weight bottomed out
-tdb’s: legs were shaking uncontrollably the entire time
