Thanks fellas! What I do is take a 45 pound "plate" hold it with both hands like a steering wheel at eye level and the rotate it around my head to the left, staying as close to my head as possible. Once I get back to the starting point on each rotation I hold for a 2 count. 8 rotations left, 8 rotations right then I do 12 overhead presses. All of this is 1 set. Hope that makes sense. My mma trainer showed me this as a way to work all 3 delt heads as well as increasing power.

Reg, to me it seems the arm that's on the side that you're rotating to would feel a little awkward keeping the plate close to your head. Maybe I'm just picturing it wrong....

It may seem a little awkward at first. When you come to the side of your head your hands will be on the top and bottom of the weight. You will kind of "steer" the wheel as it goes around your head.

That makes it seem less awkward. But, probably not to anyone who may have seen me trying to do the movement with nothing in my hands. :/
 
Couldn't find a video of the one I'm talking about. There are many variations of it though. Another on I like for lower pecs is incline db around the worlds

I love chest ATW's too. Haven't tried them incline yet, but need to.
 
Here's a few pre training pics. Headed to the gym to train back and get some kickboxing in. I've been slacking on my fight training the last couple of weeks and only have a few weeks left before show time so I need to step up my game :)

Ended up skipping back tonight. Pretty sore and tired after kickboxing. My cardio is definitely in need of some work. Got pretty winded tonight. Was doing quite well before but once the gas left the tank I just wasn't near where I need to be.
 
Thanks bro, I sure hope so. My mission now is cardio lol if the fight was tonight I would've gotten my ass handed to me.

Thats awesome you are fighting. I tried my hand at it for a few years, knees wouldnt hold up enough for me for the constant up and down in training since I have horrible knees. Really wish it was something I could have done as I enjoyed it when I did it.

Thanks man, I wished I would've started at a younger age. Always followed the sport but up until a few years ago there was nowhere to train mma here.

What weight class? I used to fight a few years back...I miss it at times but I kept hurting my shoulder..3 to 6 months no training each time :(

I'll be fighting at 175. It amazes me how some fighters can have such long careers
 
Did some light shoulder training. Mostly to increase punching power. Headed to grappling in 30 minutes. I have a shorter reach than most of my training partners so my ground game is where it's at :D

Damn I love grappling :) I really wished I would've gotten into wrestling growing up, but I went to school in Southern Texas and it's all Football and Baseball down there. Did pretty well tonight, we did this thing we call king of the mat. Similar to king of the hill, except it's get submitted and your out, then the next guy comes in so on and so forth. Incredibly tiring, really tells you where your cardio is for sure.

My weight tonight was 180.5 pre grappling. I'm noticing new veins running across the inside of my biceps and new ones on my shoulders/upper chest. Mood has been great. BP is still a little high or so it feels, I again didn't have a chance to get over to that side of town to check it, but will tomorrow.
 
Back pumps were pretty bad last night and still feeling it today. Was supposed to train legs but not sure if that's going to happen. I'll see how I feel a little later.
 
Still having the back pump issue so will be upping my taurine to 5g starting tomorrow. Going to do a crazy upper body routine I came up with. Will detail it when I'm done. Shouldn't bother my back to much
 
Those pumps are killer man try lowering your sodium intake as well I noticed it helps

I actually ended up cutting out adding any salt a couple of days ago. Helped somewhat but still feeling like crap bp is still high as well. I'm going to drop the Tren and lower my Hdrol dose to 50mg a day and see if this helps. If not I may just drop everything and only run the 4-AD for the remainder of this cycle.

Just curious, how does sodium promote back pumps?
 
Ok so I drank about 2 gallons of water today, ate some bananas and potatoes, and feeling much better. I'm going go hit the gym and see if I can't slay some iron
 
Trained at home tonight. Still doing my crazy make shift routine. Felt great, muscles were pumped more than I think they've ever been. If your short on time and looking for something new or just want to get mega swole give this a shot.

Start off with a quad set
Incline db bench to seated db press to incline curls to seated curls. 45 lb db 10 reps per each for 4 sets.

Next is a tri set
Lower the incline angle
Incline db bench to standing alt db curls to seated bent over rear delt raises. 50 lb db on bench and curls and 30 lb on rear delt raises again 10 reps per for 3 sets

Next is a superset
Flat db bench to standing db shrugs 80 lb db same reps for 4 sets.

Finished off with front raises/side raises/db jabs
15 lb dbs 10 reps per and 15 sec jabs

I will do this routine every other day.
Tomorrow I will do a similar routine training back legs and tris.

Damn reggie that is some intense pumpage right there! I think i will give that a go 2moro.
 
bp is all out of whack again, been getting some pretty bad headaches from it. Back pumps are completely gone however. Training went great, was able to go up 5 pounds on each ss so there's a bonus. My joints started aching pretty bad after though.

Get some blood work done man and for your joints fish oil and animal flex work great for me!

thanks bro, I have been running some Joint Health and haven't been having joint issues as of late. Think it's just from the ss I was doing last night? I have about 9 days left on this cycle and if bp continues to be a problem I'm going to get into the doc

Ok man yea just remember your health comes first there's tons off supps but just one Reggie Haha and yea try and tough it out and if things get to heavy then just go to the dr you don't wana risk anything man hope you get back to %100
 
I have no clue what you're dealing with, and I know little about these products, but I hope the pains are short lived and your back to powerhouse-Reg soon!

Thanks RJ I think I've just been on cycle for too long. Some days are great and some not. I guess it is what it is.
