Reggie's Gettin His Bulk On with AMS 4-AD/Halo/Tren

Today was one of those days where the theme song would be Break Stuff. Started off good, got up hit the crap out of biceps and went in for a UA. Had to piss so bad I could barely hold it right up until I walked through the door. I ended up having to sit around for 30 minutes before I was ready to go (strike 1). Went to the post office to mail some supps a guy bought off me checked my phone for his address and phone dies didn't have a charger in the car (strike 2).
Got pulled over by a cop for a taillight out that I didn't know about (strike 3). Damn it lol. Oh well tomorrow's another day.

Wouldnt bloating be proof that AMS 4-ad does raise test?

Not exactly proof of it converting to test, but its an indicator of aromatization. Its fairly well established that it converts to test. Also worth noting is that 4dhea can't act directly on the estrogen receptor so its bloating is due to estrogen itself which has many benefits including increased igf1.

No it shouldn't be bad. If you start to have issues with your nipples that's when I would lower the dose and increase or start an AI but I'm paranoid about gyno..I already tend to store fat on my chest if I had gyno I'd probably end up with D cups two weeks in.

I like your 2 set warmup at the start. Warming up is something I rarely do.
 
Back day today still going with the GVT. I need to up weight on every lift next time. Wasn't easy to hit every rep but I never got to the point where reps 7-10 on the later sets was a struggle.

Nice work Reg! How'd the deads feel? I've yet to 10x10 them.
 
I miss doing DL or rack pulls. 95% of the time my low back says no:( but i just work around it.

I just started doing them about a year ago and it's my favorite. Mainly because it's the about the only lift I can do without pain. I also really like rack pull shrugs.

Took my last dose of 4-AD tonight, and will start pct in the morning. This has been a very successful cycle. Didn't really feel much stronger but did put on 9 pounds and most of it seems to be muscle, and my endurance has been up as well. So all in all I'm chalking it up as a win! Trained biceps tonight fueled by a new pwo that I had never tried..I have really been missing out!

9lbs! Congrats, sounds like you had a great cycle! Your pct looks great and if I know Reggie I'm sure you'll keep it all and cut up a bit.
