Best way to work them? Currently just do seated raises with DBs. What are some other ways, without machines? Also is it better to work them at a higher or lower rep range?

in that order


face pulls with the tricep rope machine is also one of the best for targeting rear delts. but im guessing you work out at home

As Onion mentioned, Facepulls rock. Try them from different angles. Right in front, high, from a low pulley ect

Will try the ytw's. And yes I workout at home. Face pulls are possible tho

Sit on the edge of a bench lean forward where chest is parallel to the floor and then do lateral raises. Also behind the back shoulder presses... If you have access to machines use the fly machine to hit your rear delts
