PES- Amino IV

I love the flavor of the Blue Raspberry but the color threw me off, the lack of artificial coloring didn't let me taste the BLUE in the Raspberry. Once I hit up the weight training for realz and use Amino IV consistently I can give more thorough feedback. Looking fwd to decreased DOMS!

I thought the same thing about the colour until I tried it lol. It is funny how it influences taste.

All I can say is Red Velvet cake. That thing tastes like vanilla and a little bit of licorice, but it's not as if it really tastes great or horrible or much of anything other than, well, cake, but I guess people love it because it's Red #40 all day and all night. :P
 
I got cherry, I don't want those blue stains on my teeth....yeah you heard me blueberry people, I said it. And my order went through on friday, but its been "Label created, UPS has been notified" since early monday morning....making me nervous when its in that limbo stage.....

Shouldve gotten the blueberry too... It mixes to a light yellow/green... nothing blue about it except the flavor

i'd take either right now, I am stuck with unflavored 4:1:1 BCAA....and that tastes like ass, or at best like nothing :D

Thanks! I am just soooo used to products being Blue Raspberry. I guess I inferred the RASP part in between the Blue and Berry.

Any problem with mixing this in water and letting it sit in a refrigerator in my shaker for an hour or so? It wouldn't lose potency right? Probably a stupid question but might as well ask. This would probably taste even more amazing if it was a little frozen like a slush puppie

This is what Solution does w/ his BCAA drinks and I think he leaves them in there overnight after mixing them up. Won't hurt a thing.

Perhaps you are being overly concerned? Standard concern oftentimes turns into annoying azzhole type concern if its not monitored and dealt with.
 
So many people referenced blue razz and the mental effects of the colouring on taste I dug out my partial tub of blue razz C4 and added it to 2 scoops blueberry IV. Tasted amazing, a one-time thing because I don't want to start messing with an already amazing intra workout formula.

I'm glad Cooper updated us on the extra effects of the product, I was wondering what to attribute the extra pumps I was getting to. Chest pumped up pretty full last night
 
I thought I knew the data on lemon verbena in terms of recovery blood markers, cellular adaptation to exercise and joint pain when used with fish oil.

Pump was something I was oblivious to.

Now I am keen to read the write up as well lol.
 
I have been using blueberry for a few days and today went back to cherry limeade.

I am confused again. I am not sure CL is definitely my winner yet.

Has anyone yet used it for an extended cardio session? I'm really interested to see how it works in that regard. My legs are normally trashed the day following a long cardio session.

Cardio? Sorry, I don't know what this is. ;)

I have used it for sprint sessions on the bike but nothing past the 60 minute mark. I would be interested in hearing reviews from runners as running causes significantly more muscle damage than cycling.

funny enough same problem here......I bet they know our real names cross-referenced with our userID's and they threw a wrench in the works....I'm buying from SNS or somebody else next time :D
