Leg day! Not to many highlights... Still pushing 600+ raw with no wraps and form is getting better. The weight felt a lot lighter. I didn't push it cuz spine is still a little tore back when I dropped weight on it.

Light Bench and felt day turned into semi heavy.
Arnold Presses
Tricep pressdowns
Heavy barbell shrugs where I worked up to 550 for sets of 3 w/straps

A buddy who didn't have work wanted to deadlift so I said **** it and pulled Saturday. I was tore back but hit 605 for 5 if that counts for anything hahaha

2 scoops Detenator X
Multi
Fish oil

Just got a care package from Xcel which was unexpected. So ima be trying these BCAAs

Squats today... Raw squat 625 to tha floor and front Squated 455

Bench day not so good... Feelin run down lately. Only paused 405... Incline 315 a few times though. Broke out the SlingShot and hit 475 for a Tripple.

Suppose to be strict delt day but incorporated some light bench.

Front delt raises
Heavy shrugs with 500lbs for reps

Damn my workout sucked... I think my joints are dry from all that Epi. Couldn't even hit 655 today. I'm sitting at 275 which means cardio and carb dropping. Did smash biceps and what not.

One Hell of a squat sesh! Easy 625 and a sloppy but legal 650. Depth was great just got myself a little forward. Overall Hell yea!

Monster weight! That looks like a hell of an awesome place to train, too.
 
Would be pretty sweet to lift there for sure. Then the big guy squatting could show me how to lift heavy sh!t correctly!

Staying under 275 with less then 3 weeks out! Last deadlift before the meet! I'm pumped!
