Article: Are You Losing Gains To Overtraining?

Getting so sick of conflicting reports on this. Still hear guys preaching crazy amounts of volume for natural lifters hitting each body part 2-3 times per week saying that they "don't believe in overtraining." So does overtraining exist or not what the ****?

its all about recovering from your workout, if your not sore the next day it means your progressing
 
It's all about knowing ur body... A light training session is better then no training session at all...lol...
