Ok so I am not very educated in this arena can someone give me a suggestion for a stack. I am looking at the 4ad type of stack with a weight loss stock also.

Can someone point me to the newbie thread or just make it simple and PM me a stack plan.

I hear ya lol. I did that but everything is so scattered I dont even know the terminology enough to know what I am looking for exactly. I'll paypal you 5 bucks to do it for me ha.

If you want to cut using a PH for the first time, I'd advise against it. Cut naturally and then add noticeable mass with hormonal assistance. What's your stats, goal and experience?

No one can PM you a stack plan because your stack is solely going to be on what you feel is right for you based on compound profiles.

But before you start going hormonal products understand what cycle support is, post cycle support, and side effects. Last thing we need is you being like I'm 2 weeks into SDMZ 2.0 I started peeing blood my eyes are yellow what should I do, or better yet being rushed to the hospital with your bp like 180/120 you feeling like your going to die.

Or after you finish going why are my nuts small and not going back to normal, and why are my nipples sore, and why do I have a limp dick.
 
Although do note that the pct protocols in that thread are overkill for almost anything you will be doing.
 
Not one experienced guy in here is just going to recommend synthetic hormones unless you let us know age, stats and lifting experience (I.e. diet/training)

If you are that inexperienced you need to research. Most lift for years and research for at least months before using synthetics.

I appreciate the feedback, a lot of good stuff said. I am 30 and have been lifting since high school. I am 6ft 190. Goal is 6ft 180 but solid. I have taken just 4ad and benched 400. Not sure if that matters but I have been strong numerous times but always followed it with getting away from the gym during the summer.

Does 4 ad really have those side effects?
 
Another thing is I can follow directions well. I am able to diet and lift t oa schedule but I am 30 now and the results do not come as they use to and I have been out of the gym since last winter. With that has come a drastic shrink in strength and a my belly has grown to a new pant size. All I am saying is when I start reading the 50+ page threads there seems to be so many conflicting or competing answers I cant distinguish which one I like best. I mean seriously guys who can follow this **** without 6mos of research. I can follow what the point is and why to do it but having a shopping list and plan is what would be ideal. I will pay someone to put one together for me if thats what it takes.

First: Research the compound I am interested in using.
Now, by this, I am talking your putting in say, lgi-alpha 20, you see some search results, need more info, re typing it in differently, over an over again until you are satisfied. (this includes nomenclature)

Second: Search for the most affordable (reliable) site that sells x compound/brand.

Thirds: After ordering the compound, I begin getting my pct together. (no cycle should be started without having 99% of the things you need)

usually for me, this includes the basics:

Serm (clomid, nolvadex),
aromatase inhibitor (Erase, arimidex, letrozole*, etc),
natty test booster (pct assist)
Cycle assist (to be used on cycle an in post cycle)

Now, your pct can get pretty complicated, there are other products that can be added in to help aid, assist you goals.

examples include

cortisol support (reduce xt, 7-spray)
prolactin control (inhibit-p)
sleep/gh aid (zma, animal pm)
myostatin control, (u.r. spray)

No one can. 6 months is not a long time if you have been lifting since high school. You want some random dude on the internet blindly telling you what synthetic hormones to take? And just give you a to-do list? Not smart man. Don't do that.

You are missing the point. The research is so you know how to troubleshoot bad scenarios on your own dude. Not just to decide what brand/type to take when and how much to take. Its so you understand what you are doing. Start with a simple AMS kit or something. Everything included.
