I see. I knew next to nothing about the joints when I worked at GNC. Just, "Here, try our brand product." I've been slacking on my Omega 3s like a douchebag, too. That's gotta stop.
Invalid Link Removed Check this out man. I'm know I'm guilty of this and it address ark issues with squat. I've been in the rippetoe kick the last few days.
That's cause you haven't felt real, chronic pain. You're too young. Cissus (joint help) works...I wouldn't buy cissus. I haven't experienced benefits from it, and yes I've gone through bottles of super cissus.

It's also because you took super cissus, which I believe is not standardized or 40%, cannot remember which one. All I know is it's not 5-10% standardized.
I'm pretty sure SC is 10%, and I am also fairly certain the extract they use is patented.
I've always used SCrx, and it most definitely makes a difference as to how my knees feel.
But, I could be wrong.
Patented does not mean standardized for a certain % extract.
I remember it being 40% and the newest google search for a label shows no mention of %.
Still not standardized, I think primaforce was 40%...Invalid Link Removed
This says 10% in new, and 5% in the old cissus rx.
There was a SNS vs USP cissus thread a bit ago. I dunno crap about either.
Still not standardized, I think primaforce was 40%...
Wasn't part of it, dunno, lol.
I can tell you that Cissus XT is 5% standardized though.
Primaforce was indeed 40%, although I'm not sure what that has to do with USP.
That's the one I was thinking of that was 40% that I mentioned earlier.
In for knowledge and heavy ass weights.

I have to reiterate what I said yesterday about Ox Lifts. Screw them. Granted I could have gone lighter and worked form and reps instead of working to a single. Still, those suckers are hard on the lower back.
Just watched "The Purge." Things could be worse. Nomsayin?
I was sent an old picture last night, circa fall 2010. Pretty funny. These days it looks like I ate the kid in that picture:

I told you I had some big delts, though!
Lol mr. Aesthetic over here
Edit: how much less weight were you moving then ?
I liked the dirty talk before you set up, ha!
What percentage was it?
Good to hear things are looking up! I may do pin press instead of the Lilly press tomorrow. You've motivated me.
Herderdude, what do you like for mid-way sticking point...like 5 inches off the chest?
Also, that is a great feel when something hurts and then doesn't and you don't feel held back. That's awesome man.
Wow! Thanks for going above and beyond what I expected for an answer. A lot to drink in. I appreciate it.

It kind of mirrors the approach I've taken to benching this cycle. Throw everything at it your body can handle, then throw some more at it, and hopefully it gets stronger. I've been stuck with the same PR since April. I'm not worried about deadlifts being stuck there, I had to rehab my lower back from ground zero. But the bench stall . . . It bothers me.
