good catch,
<---4 beers deep!
It's just bitterness. I'm sure the radios in the Bronx aren't too happy either lol
Don't you guys read reverse sometimes? Or is that just me?
Isn't that like satanic stuff?
I wouldn't expect an indative to know anything about beer.
<--bells amber...
When I can out total you,
So, you're gonna weight until he's 70 to have a chance?
That's low, competing with the elderly.
lolWhen I can out total you, I'll give you crap over beer. For now, ill let you enjoy man. You've earned it

Rob112 Bring chains and rumble roller. That is all
If I put the bar with my chin my head is off the bench...
Andy, the rocket , berkman, oswalt years ago. Pretty good team. Oh and biggio. Only a few years away now I believe until contenders. So many top picks...... Look at the rays. It happened to them
You forgot Jeff Bagwell! Never forget Jeff Bagwell! One of the few players from that era that doesn't have the steroid cloud looming over his head, one of the best righthanded bats in the NL in the 90s (if not the best) and let us not forget, he pulled off a switch from baby face to badass goatee the likes of which have never been seen before!
Those were the good old days, back when they still used the Astrodome, now it's that gay Minute Maid Park.
As a Pirate fan, it was a real privelige to get to see him, Biggio, and the Puma play 18 times a year. I hope we play them in interleague every year. I liked when it was Enron Field. Lol. I think Minute Maid is a nice park. I like the short porches combined with huge alleys. An old-time type stadium. Makes for interesting baseball. And I like that guys could hit it all the way up to those goofy train tracks, back when they were juicing.
That's life these days. The Sacramento Kings play in Sleep Train Arena. Then there's University of Phoenix Stadium or Jobing.com Arena. And don't even get me started on bowl names. Can college football be decided in a playoff yet? Please?
Pro Tip: Always line the bar up even with your eyes.
Caveat: Unless you're self-unracking, then I get my head to the end of the bench.

It's brutal lol
We'll work on the commands when we bench together. It's easier with someone calling IMO.
Just think spread the bar, bend the bar and stack your wrists. You'll groove it where it goes.
Thanks bud. It's gotten better. Still need to tuck thou. My boss said I can use his slingshot, so maybe that will help me with getting a feel for doing that with heavier weight
Make sure you're doing it on all of your sets. The slingshot will put the bar right where it needs to go, because it tucks your elbows for you. It's up to you to use your upper back to push out against the slingshot and then do it without. I have seen the slingshot fix multiple people's bar paths.
Just go by feel man. Don't wanna kill yourself less than 2 months out.
You did 315 with 50lbs if chains last week so if say that 315 isn't your max. It looked pretty easy too...besides the way down lol.
Smoker, Brandon Lilly heard about you trying for 165. Now he all mad n'at.

Atta boy. I like what he says in this video, something to the effect of, the only thing that matters is how big your total is. xBW stuff was popularized by skinny lil bitches. Something like that.
Haha yea. I like the part about program switching too. 5/3/1 has worked big time for me, so no way in hell should I change
Ohhh I HATE program switching! If you had results, don't switch. If you didn't have results and you think you know what you did wrong, don't switch. Just frickin pound away, stuff's gonna get stuck and we just have to get smarter!
