Week 5 with my coach. I am definitely up in weight. Starting week 6 of cycle this sunday. I am holding more water in my abs but who gives a fuk when you are bulking in a combat zone right? Eq should show its face soon... aggression is up for sure and my hunger is increasing.

Doses as of now-
Eq 900mg EW
Test E 900mg EW
Letro 1.25mg monday and thursday.
Aromasin 12.5mg as needed

400g Carbs 310g Pro and 75g fat. Comes to about 3400 calories

Other supplements I started throughout this cycle as my coach told me..

CEE 5g Pre/post workouts
ALA 250mg 2x daily
Daily vitamins
Vitamin C 1000mg 3x ed
Glutamine 5g Pre/post workouts

I start Tbol in a few weeks, take 2 weeks off and bridge with Anavar into my 600mg Test cruise.

I will be updating more frequently now. I slacked because work was so fukin busy. Sorry for crappy quality of pics but next time will be better.

Thanks man. I wanted to run anadrol but tbol lines more up with my coaches views on AAS use. He likes dry compounds for the most part and shorter esters in bursts. Obviously I cant do that now so much but he is cool with long ester test and EQ. I will let you know how it is.

Thanks bro. I weighed 2 weeks ago on a calibrated scale at 198 with no food in me and pretty dry. I should be around 205+ and I would guess 10-12%ish and holding a moderate to semi low level of bloat/water. I am not watching bloat that much as long as I am not holding much more than I am now I will be good. I have another almost 5 months of bulking till I cut and a month or so after that my prep starts.

Hey Dave how do you suggest dosing var? Throughout the day or all at once (50mg)

Break it up and eat it with some fats like olive oil or peanut butter to slow down breakdown and help absorbtion.

Thats fine. I would dose am mid afternoon about 2 hours before lifting and post workout with your post meal. Put flax oil in your protein shakes.. problem fixed :-)

There is a full blown one but its a 30+ minute walk for me. I lift at 430am and am up at 345 so that ones a no go. The one I use is basic but it has everything I need, benches, dumbbells to 110, power racks, leg ext and curl machines, deadlift station. Its all raw iron and no crossfit sh*t and no stupid machines. Free weights FTW!
 
holy sh*t bros... sorry for the delay and lack of updates. Deployments blow and make it hard for sure. Rest assured I am killing it and making crazy gains. I will give the few big key things I feel I need to share-

1. Still running 900mg Test per week, Bumped to 1.2g of EQ and have brought in 75mg Anavar and about to bump to 100mg for the last 3 weeks of cycle.

2. My coach wants me cruising at 500mg so when the cycle ends mid to late august I will be at 500mg EW.

3. Estrogen finally showed its face around week 12. I had been taking letro M/W/F but am now taking low dose letro with 12.5mg Exemestane ED. No more bad signs.

4. I am getting stupid strong. I hit 105lbs for 4 sets of 8 on flat DB bench no problem. I maxed out squat at 500lbs AFTER a leg day just for fun with some buddies.

5. Size is coming nicely. My body really doesnt want to gain right now in this 120+ heat. I am looking forward to a cut but I am holding steady at 210 and around 12-14%

6. My quads are a solid 27 1/2inches, arms are 18inches, chest is 48" and waist is 32 (gained an inch on it this bulk).

7. Diet and lifting is money. Food out here is ok. Only problem it is so processed and full of fillers that its hard to tell what I am really getting. Lifting sessions are about 1hr 15min right now with TONS of volume and I dont think I have one exercise that isnt a compound, superset or triset.

I am looking forward to a cut and getting my waist back down to the 29inch range again like it was last fall. Me and my coach have some sweet plans for my return to the states. I wont go in depth but it looks like it will include Test, Mast, Tren, HGH, Slin, NPP, T3 and maybe Clen in bursts and cruises covering a 6 month span. Looking at getting IGF-LR3, MT and possibly MGF in there too. I am looking to compete in the middleweights which would require me to weigh in at 176 1/4lbs. So after prep and cut I would need to be around 180-183 a week out from show.

I am hoping my internet is steady from now on out so I can get pics up and stay up to date on this.
 
Epic cycle! You might need camber or tamox while on 10weeks. Gyno will prone on your cycle

No need for caber since I am not using a 19-nor that would produce prolactin/progesterone issues. I have been using letro for my AI. Appreciate the looking out tho bro!

Miguel MGF is awesome. I like just regular MGF no PEG. 150-200mcg PWO bilateral in muscles works awesome. I healed my rotator cuffs VERY fast using it for 30 days ED. At the end of my workouts (non chest or shoulder days) I would do 3 sets of 20 reps for rotator cuff exercises and the inject 200mcg divided subQ in each delt head bilaterally and now my shoulders are one of my strongest muscles. It isnt something to use often or to throw into your chemical regiment but for lagging muscles or injuries it definetly has its place.

Me and my coach really smashed away at weak points these last 6 months. I brought up my quad seperation, hamstrings size, shoulder roundness, upper chest and lots of lower/middle back work. I didn't add a ton of size but 10 lbs is pretty good for the conditions I was in.

I have been cruising since mid August at 300mg Test E. I am about to blast mid November. Me and my coach are just fixing minor bloodwork stuff and priming my body for growth right now.

My next cycle is TBD by Coach but I start 5iu ed of GH in 10days and running it till May. It should be a 8 week blast and its a real BULK. nothing but clean food and GH will hold off fat. I have slin onhand and depending on how he sees progress that might come in through the bulk in 7-10 day bursts.

Oh yeah... sitting 208-210 and 12% upon wakeup. That is a VERY acurate bf% too.

I think so man. I am still organizing my life and getting back in routine. My diet is locked on and lifting is straight. Its the rest of my life hahaha. I am looking to start one around december and log through my show.
 
Take a little vacation. Drink a few brew dogs. Pound some vag. And then nut up. You got a show to win in April sissy....
