Did a recovery day. As I up the deadlift and squat weight/intensity it is taking longer to heal.

-be Bulgarian splits
-barbell only 1 leg RDLs
-voodoo floss elbow

-kStarr hip stuff
-rotator cuff(internal external high rep rotations)
-spinal floss
-Eric Cressy stretches

Bench tomorrow. I may order this slingshot sleeves.. herderdude do you think there is a chance of dependence? Worth the buy?

If smoker ever talks about anything with stimulants keep in mind his reckless abandon and consider the fact he has probably used much more than recommended dose.

I typically always abide by the recommended servings and what not. If it's a low stim pre I may do more because of my tolerance. As far as game day it was good at 4 scoops lol next time Ill just do 1-1/2. They should make that scoop thing more clear thou

They were pretty cool. I wish they were a hair tighter though. I was at a weird measurement where I didn't fit exactly into one size.
Overall worth the less than 20 they cost.
Tell about this goood and bad from bench
It was going bad, form was off, blah. 220 for an ugly triple. Then one more bad one. Did sling shot up 265 for a pr and it was easy. Went back to 220 for a paused single and it went like butter this time. Weird bench day lol

Recovery has been rough. I've, unfortunately, been skipping OHP day.
Right now my number one goal is to feel good on 3 different lifts on December 15th.
Would still like to add in OHP day again though.
He's right, it won't help your total at all. Might be useful for athletes, but there are other, way less technical, exercises that can provide the same training stimulus.
You know I have been as well. If it hurts you, don't do it. That said I hit some the other day! They were weak (maxed at like 155x1) but I didn't really hurt after. A little tightness. Power cleans are good for training explosive strength off the ground for deadlift but there are better options IMO. I don't see the carryover to squat.

I just wouldn't worry too much about them if your goal is a total in PL. Nothing against the exercise, and if you have the time in the routine and like it go for it, just don't replace a squat or dead. That would be a bad idea IMO.
Not regularly at all. IMO way better exercises. Good for athletes, fighters, sprinters, more than PL IMO. I just train explosive pulls not PL. I hit them a few months ago and can still so like 245. But they really murder the traps and upper back which could be good as well as the explosive legs/hips. All depends what you're training for. Not the best for what I wana do. What's your motivation for doing them?
