Don't you guys know its the cool thing to do to sit in a tree and try to kill stuff with a bow and arrow this time of the year?!?
Exactly what I was thinking! It has been about 5 weeks since I shaved my back lol that bush is hairy as fuk right now.
Well I'm back FINALLY! Went in today and had the best day in the gym I've had in weeks....I did (in this order)

I was seriously smoked and wanted to puke. But it felt great. My conditioning definetly has taken a hit but it'll come back with time. I was just glad to make it through a workout without coughing my butt off.

Thanks man. And yeah I pretty much strictly bow hunt. Ive probably went out with a gun 5 times in the last 5 years haha. Yeah deer were the target. Although I have been known to bust a ground hog or 2 lol

Thanks man. It felt good to get some work done finally. The deads were by far the hardest part. I haven't DL'ed in months probably actually closer to a year other than rack pulls.

Thats how a man hunts! Im too much of a sissy to kill a deer but the meat is fantastic especially the back strap!
I will shoot a hog though!

Ya no way would you see me trying to take down a boar with a big stick you would need either a lot of balls of a little brain or a combo of the two. But those pigs cooked in a pit Hawaiian style is un-believable!

Yeah pretty crazy and intense... So many hogs and wild boar here hunters tend to kill em and leave em. That or rent the property to people who want to Dog hunt them for sport. There are so many here they eat all the crops and everything else major nuisance and as you know they are crazy aggressive animals...
No not a big stick, a big knife to slit it's throat. They basically let a pack of dogs loose on them. Typically pits or some other extremely tough and game breed. The pack of dogs get it corners attack it and they come in the middle of all that and slit the throat. Apparently this is HUGE in Russia, and now people are going to do this as an "Adventure Hunt" since it is quite dangerous and pay people good money to take / guide them.

U guys have a boat load of hogs don't you? And yeah usually you use either pits or american bull dogs. And I believe they go for the heart VS slitting the throat. Crazy fools.

Off today today. Woke up and my back is wrecked! Getting worse by the hour. Its OK though I forgot what does felt like I think lol so its not a bad thing at all. My abs are actually pretty sore too. Its crazy how much water weight u can drop doing a little cardio. Woke up yesterday at 194 this morning was 190.6.

Ha I believe its called being fat and out of shape.
Alright...so arm day yesterday leg day today. Hit a lot of drop sets yesterday I dont remember everything I did and didn't log it but it was a pretty good day overall. Hit legs today started with 4 sets of hack squats and did 4 sets of 8 going as low as it would let me. Did 3 sets of leg exts 2 sets SLDL 3 sets of leg press and tried to hit squats but my hips were too tight to get parallel with just the bar without losing form and rounding my back so I figured i wouldn't even waste my time on them. I really need to work on my hip mobility its absolutely horrible right now for some reason. Its never been great but its real bad right now. Tomorrow is my last day of xgels. I wish I wouldn't t have gotten sick right in the middle of this run and stopped taking them because I'm just really starting to notice the effects of them.

I noticed my hips tightening up a lot this year. I have been on a hypertrophy focus all year without as much variety and now they have tightened up a good bit which is why I am trying to vary my workout protocols now. Get too linear in training and the body follows suit by only wanting to be efficient in the trained groove...

Alright so this will be the last entry to this log. I don't think it would be fair to either company to do a full out final review because of all the problems u had going on in life during this run. Which I sincerely apologize to all parties involved. What I will say are some things I noticed. We all know to get the full effect out of any stack diet and training have to be on point. Neither of which were in my case throughout spots in this log for one reason or another,but I took nudes this morning to compare to the beginning and I actually am pretty surprised I feel like I managed to lean out some despite of everything. To which I 100% credit to this stack. Here are my finishing noodz from this morning.

I noticed my muscles staying fuller longer and hunger has been through the roof. Never noticed any pumps that were beyond usual but they definitely lasted longer. Hunger was also something I noticed to be enhanced. I will say Alcar is now a staple in my supp stash, and ill be giving x gels another shot soon since i had to take a break from them right wjen they were supposed to be getting good. Again a HUGE thanks to everyone who made this log possible and sorry it wasn't the best log. I'll do my best to try to make it up to PES and SNS in the near future.
