I'm too old to do those anymore, but when I was 21,22, it was a common shot to end the night with.

Please show me where i state i Slam my pre-workout or drink it down all at once from above ^^^^
Thanks.
Yeah no problem.
Also why are you still hung up on this? Let it go we get it you don't slam your pre workout holy ****.
The point is your making assumptions about me that i never stated, or jumped to conclusions of something i never did. So instead of getting your panties in a bunch why not ask the before you point the finger?
I never drive my pre-workout down at once, nor did i ever state that..
I have no idea where you came to this conclusion
I never stated you did anything just that you were a little cranky bitch about something so miniscule.
This is such a "Cranky" Response.... lmao
Carry on

idiots wouldn't know methamphetamine if it bite them on their arse!!!!
I just read that, did you read about the guy that died from a caffeine overdose from eating "energy mints"?. Hard to understand how he could die from that. Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly, but the article said he had 155mg per liter of blood in his system. So then I googled "how many liters of blood in the human body?". Result said 5 to 6. So I did 155*6=ended up with 930mg. I've taken in that much in a day. Not all at once though. I've taken in at least 750mg at once before though. Wouldn't think that much could actually kill you, but the guy did have other health problems.
Still maybe I'm just mis-understanding this.
Supplements are an easier target to ban than stupidity, that's for sure!

My pre usually takes 15-20 minutes to drink, Guess thats too fast, or maybe your glasses need some fine tuning.
