I just do deload the week of the meet. Monday the 21st will be my last heavy day, everything that week will be no more than 55% and I compete Sunday the 27th.Chad Wesley Smith does deload, week off, then meet. Of course, he's on a different level, but it's some food for thought. Pulls lookin good!
Calorie deficit is not helping the need of the deload. Was 201 this morning...
