A slightly different cycle

Please bare with me on the length of this.. It's the entire plan I have written down.

Well, after a long break from PH and any other supp (~2 years), I've decided to make another round at it.

First off, my prior cycles
2xhavoc, once for 4 weeks, the other for 6 (1st time I kept about 15lbs. The second time I was sloppy and only kept 10)
1xhavoc with halo.. bridged the halo to havoc for a 6 week cycle. (Kept somewhere around 10 lbs)

This go around, I'm gonna try out SD and Havoc

Since I haven't messed around with PH for such a long time, I've decided that I'm going to try pulsing the two for 6 weeks. After this cycle, I'll wait the necessary time and do a real 3-4 week cycle of just SD.

Monday and Friday I'm thinking havoc 10 morning/10 pre-workout
Tuesday and Thursday 10 SD before swimming
With taking a break from both W/Sa/Su

Gym
Monday
Start with squat, body weight calf raises - 3*8/20, 1*5/20
BP: 3*10/1*8
Dead lift: 2*12/1*10
Military press: 3*10


Friday
Start with squat and dead lift:3*10/8
decBP/fly: 2*12/10...1*8/10
T-bar row/upright row: 2*8/12..1*5/12
Arm circuit with DB curls/Skull crushers/Forearm curl/reverse curl superset - 3*12/12/20/15


Swimming
Tuesday CSS=COMBAT SIDE STROKE
Warmup 2*EACH:BS/FS/KICK/CSS - 400
Freestyle 500/400/200/3*100/4*50 - 1600
CSS/BS 500:ALTERNATE 50s - 500
COOLDOWN 200 FS - 200
TOTAL: 2700m


Thursday
Warmup 200FS, 100BS, 100CSS - 400
FS:10*50 for SPEED 30-45 sec break - 500
CSS:4*200 for ENDURANCE then 20 SLOW push-ups after each 200 as break - 800
CIRCUIT:4*25BS/50FS/25CSS for PACE - 400
COOLDOWN 200:ALTERNATE EVERY 50 WITH FS/BS
TOTAL: 2300m


SATURDAY IF ABLE
RECOVERY SWIM
WARMUP BS/FS/KICK/CSS - 200
SWIM EASY 1/2-1 MILE
COOLDOWN 200BS

AB ROUTINE ALONG WITH PUSH/PULL UP SETS DONE UPON WAKING


MWF

20 crunches/15 leg raises/50 flutter kicks/20 laying leg raise/30sec plank

Push-ups
20 regular/15 diamond/25 wide
2 sets
Pull up
Pyramid 1,3,5,7,9,7,5,3,1
Rest time is however many pull ups about to do for next set

Welp, that there is the plan. I'm pretty certain that, within those 6 weeks, I'm gonna change the routines to something more intense. So the gym/pool stuff isn't finalized at all.

What do you guys think? Does anybody think I should up the dosage of either Havoc or SD since I'm only taking each twice a week? How much clomid should I take? With my other cycles I was taking 100/50/50/25.. With the inclusion of SD, and both of them being pulsed, I'm not so sure.

If I didn't say something that needs clarification, just ask.

SD and Havoc both give massive pumps. Cardio is going to be near impossible IMO.

Even at such low dosages? I experienced some pretty severe back pumps on my first cycle. Taking taurine significantly took the pain away.

Not to mention, there's a hot tub by the pool. Gives me a good place to stretch out the sore muscles.
