Its still big to the people who matter and YES, his hair was and still IS perfect! But mine, however, required some special attention to make it look like that. Notice how curly my hair was in my earlier pics. Believe it or not, that's not natural. ;-)

Well I didn't get an actual workout in Monday since I was out of town, but I DID work my body at the concert harder than I have in a long time. I'm sore from the top of my neck to the bottom of my spine and everything connected to it. My aggression was a pleasant trait to harness amongst the fools wanting to slam into people during the concert. I was a stalwart force as they bounced off my horse-stance frame in protection of my wife who has never been to a concert like this. It was a funny sight as these punks got more and more frustrated at not being able to move me, at one point though I did lose my balance and feel into my wife. I turned towards them with every intention to start hurling mother fûckers aside but my wife gave them her glare and yelled "back the fûck OFF!" The looks on their faces was priceless, like "Oh shît!" The rest of the concert I barely got touched lol.

I've got plenty of dbol left so I'm going to continue taking it through this week (week 5) and monitor sides which to this point has been completely nonexistent. I'm also finishing up my MAX Pump and dosing Stimul8 PrWO which I'm LOVING! It feels very similar to Muscle Marinade with the intense energy within 15 mins of waking. However I REALLY love taking the Enhanced on my non WO days instead of coffee. I get an increase in energy, focus, and elevated mood which is huge for me and my job.

I loved the way the extra sets felt with heavier weight. It's been a long time since I've worked out at this level and even then it was never at THIS level. I didn't try to push any PRs because I just wanted to feel the extra sets at 60s intervals. Next week, I expect the weights to start pushing past my PRs again.
 
Sounds like a great concert and a lot like my wife. Not one to take sh!t from anyone. Nice workout, I know you are loving the results you are getting.

First off, I chuckled at the fact that you were snapping pictures in the hospital bathroom after your wife's surgery. Lol! Second, as the others mentioned you look great. I'm not seeing so much of that overblown look that I would have expected to see. Solid progress as well, but we all expected that. :)

I was actually questioning whether the dbol could be under dosed. I was honestly expecting more drastic changes in size and strength especially at 50mg/day and being on for 5 weeks. There's definitely been improvements but I can't say it's anything more than lifting consistently and eating a LOT. The fact that I don't LOOK like someone on dbol kinda confirms this but I don't know for sure since this is my first run. At any rate, the test should be running full force within the next week or two and with the gains I've already seen, I can't be disappointed.

The 50 mgs/day is a large dose but when you do it in one dose, I feel it helps alot with the bloat and water retention and bp issues associated with it. Also your lack of "swollen" look could also be due to the fact that you have done a good job of managing your your e levels. Your looking dense dude and I can see a huge difference!

That is what I was going to mention you have been using an AI so you may not be holding extra water like normal. Definitely improving muscle size and quality quickly.

Last workout of week 5. Going to change things up a little next week and make Monday my leg day and move chest to Wednesday. I just dont feel recovered enough from Wednesday Leg day to hit my Friday back day with the right intensity. It will also be my week to really push my weight PRs at 3-5 reps. I might even try for some true 1RMs!

Day 37

Weight: 198.6

Still on 50mg dbol to finish up what I have left. Considering that I've had no sides, and I'm solid on liver support, I feel comfortable making this a 6 week run. I should have enough to get through the whole week. I've been taking .3mg adex daily but plan to drop to .2/eod next week since I'll be off the dbol.

I feel good about my steady increase in weight. I jumped quick at first obviously from a combination of things, but since I've held fairly consistent on diet and exercise, I can attribute the gains to mostly lean mass now having been on for 5 weeks. And though I had some thickness added to my midsection, it's nothing I won't be able to shed fairly easily, plus there hasn't been much added since. I know I've been lax on the noodz so I'm gonna put up some good ones first thing tomorrow morning.

Pinned 250 test this morning, 50mg dbol, .3 adex, 1 scoop Stimul8, and I was ready to DESTROY my legs. Needless to say I succeeded and they are really hating me right now!

My intentions of utilizing a full body workout 3x week just isn't panning out. If it's not that I'm too fatigued, it's time constraint. I guess I shouldn't really worried too much about it since I'm obviously benefiting from my current routine, I'm just wondering if there isn't a more efficient way I should be going about it. After this week I plan on dropping weight on the main exercises and keeping reps between 8-10 for 3 sets. I might find that I'm able to get through my workouts easier once I do this so I won't be planning any changes to my current setup for at least a couple weeks.
