Got tired of watching Rambo on TV and decided after eating that pizza I'd head outside. It was nice enough! No Condense taken here though ;) I wouldn't believe that pic up there... even though I was tracked via GPS I don't feel like I was EVER running at a near 6 minute mile pace lol wtf

In the absence of my dailies (read: daily as in only the days I train ;)) I've decided to leave you guys with a treat. I recently rediscovered this video on my phone after I thought I had lost it. This was recorded nearly two years ago... and while I was slightly under the influence :D

Cheers! ...about to start my first stack myself and want to log the results as accurately as I can. I of course won't be as thorough as you have been in here, but hope to be able to detail the 8 weeks with pre/post pictures and daily updates on mood/energy etc. as well as of course, the training progress!

Just got the long wait for the products now... only ordered this weekend but already feeling impatient haha!

There's no way I could manage this type of volume yet, makes me feel like I'm not training at all when I compare our workouts! LOL

What stack ya running? At least you will be keeping track. That's how progress is made! I've been training this way for a long time so I'm used to it :)

I'm running Anabeta Elite, Erase Pro (I bought the PES muscle hardening stack from Nutraplanet so it also included Dopadex or something like that) and Alphamine... I'm thinking of adding some DAA into that too. Just need to find a good quality one at a reasonable price ;)

Nice chest/tri day DJ. Im kinda Curious though why split up barbell bench? Ive done it before but it was because something didn't feel right,couldnt get warmed up ect...

5/3/1 mandates after working sets move to main assistance lift which is incline barbell benchpress that already has reps/weights programmed in. If I were to switch to volume and stay with barbell benchpress I'm afraid my strength would be compromised enough to not meet my rep goals for the assistance lift. That's all really :)
