reweighed myself later (still no BM) and was at 118.0. That's a record low.
Routine:
Upper body day. Here is the standard outline...

4x15 DB Lateral Raise @30lb DBs
3x6 Weighted dips @+100lbs
1x8 (100 is too light but heaviest DB)
4x8 V Bar Pulldowns @170lbs
1x8/arm Single hand VBar Pulldown @85lbs
4x12 Face pulls @67.5lbs
3x10 Barbell Curls @85- strict form
Diet:
My 4th low carb day, bumped up a little more carbs for more fiber.
