Me as of this morning, still retaining a bit of water from my date night with wifey but I'm still a lot leaner than i was 3 weeks ago.

Day 25

Off day today. Didn't have much sleep, maybe 5 hours then had to work a 12. Kept calories tight to reflect inactivity. Around 2400 cals, only carbs coming from a banana for brekky.

Day 26
Pretty much mirrored day 25, slightly less calories as I forgot to take a shake with me when I went down the pit. 2100 cals.
Should hopefully be back in the gym tomorrow.
 
Day 27

Awake at stupid O clock this morning so I decided to head down for an early chest session

Done. Smoked. Was feeling strong, but I didn't have a spotter so I couldn't push myself on bench. Wanted to try and get that 315 up again. No sign of the tightness in my left pec which is great, whatever it was seems to have passed.
Diets been pretty good, carbs pre and post workout again. Didn't track cals but it was squeaky clean.
 
Day 28 and 29


Hardly lifted and ate like shït. Trying to juggle moving out of one house into another and then doing renovations on a third has me totally ****ed lol. Up at dawn and have been working till midnight. Should be back into the swing of things tomorrow. Got three days of lifting coming up, will be doing a push pull legs routine to hit everything in those 3 days.

I know exactly how you feel with the spotter thing. It sucks lifting alone sometimes

Yes it's a very sad day indeed. But all good things must come to an end. I'm hoping the addition of ostarine in pct makes it a bit more enjoyable than usual. Ill still log throughout pct but ill probably be a little less consistent. I'm thinking of logging once a week with highlights and thoughts of that week.

Haha no unfortunately sticky rice isn't apart of the diet :( we're planning to start trying at the end of the year start of next so that should give me enough time to get my hormones back in order.

Was pretty done after this, had a full upper body pump and veins coming in everywhere. I change up my bench style every once in awhile and I did that today, today was full powerlifting style, big arch in the back, legs folded back in underneath ad drive my heels into the ground when pressing. I find this style a lot more challenging.

Soo I haven't been sleeping eff all these last probably two weeks, felt absolutely terrible when I got I to the gym. Once I got going I was a ****ing machine!

Had you attempted to do a 5th rep with 405 before? Because if you hadn't, then that WOULD be a PR technically. Even if you didn't get a full rep its more than you'd done before.

Day 33

Off day today. In the treadmill at home at the moment doing 30 mins LISS. Am not enjoying it whatsoever. Cals came in at 2324. 254g protein 103g carbs 91g fats.
Quads and hammers are a bit sore and my calves are ****ed. Will be incorporating the 100reps on calves more often.
 
Day 34 ad 35


Both off days. Nothing really to report. Spent half a day on day 35 climbing up and down rope for work. Grip has been fuct ever since lol. Kept cals quite tight.

Day 36

Back in the gym this day and besides the ****ty sleep I've been having these last few weeks making me feel groggy as fuçk I still had an epic chest and back superset workout. Hit a new PR on incline presses 105x6 after 5 sets of flat bench and chin-up supersets. Also matched a pr on bent over rows at 265x6. Must be the SD doing its thing while the test ester clears.

Day 37

Finally caught up to today. Had another miserable days sleep only around 5 hours and very broken. Went in before night shift and hit some arms. Nothing Notable about it, tris and bis supersets with higher reps 10-15 on all exercises. Cals 2396 97g carbs 265g protein and 91g fats. Something I did notice when I jumped out of the shower today was some crazy vascularity, veins all up my forearms, some new veins that I've never seen before going across my biceps and up into my shoulder.
 
Day 38

Off day. Lazed around on the couch for the Bette part of the day watching ****ty re runs.... Hate the day after night shifts.

Day 39

So after catching some serious sleep I woke up feeling fantastic, dosed some enhanced with a big black coffee and was out the door for some shoulders.

I found a couple of UGL's that claim to have some SD. One of them has 30mg caps!! How the fuk are you supposed to taper up with that? And the other guy has injectable Methasteron. Any knowledge on injecting SD?

Yeah pct is never any fun lol but I did extend this cycle for quite a lot longer than I had originally planned ( had To do an emergency cut lol) so I really can't complain. I live using an oral at the end, you can basically keep gaining right up to pct that way.
Haha damn 30mg caps! That's crazy! I only run it at 20mg lol. Injectable methasteron?? I've never heard of it tbh. Sounds interesting tho I might have to look into in further.
 
****, best of luck man. My pct was rough the forst 3 days then everything got better. Feeling, strength and I look leaner but I kept all the weight I've gotten back. My front looks a bit pusher but my back looks lean. Lol.

Yeah i remember reading that you had a rough first week, I'm glad you've turned it round and are Killing it. I'm normally pretty good for the first couple weeks then tend to crash hard around week three. That's why I've put the ostarine back a couple weeks to hopefully combat that crash.

Day 39

So I had to shuffle my days around a bit, move arm day up to today move legs to tomorrow and then back and chest on Sunday. Times constraints are a bitch sometimes lol. Only had 40 minutes, did the usual triceps and biceps supersets, nothing to write home about but I had a huge pump. I carbed up today as it was supposed to be leg day needless to say sd + carbs = painful pumps. Two low carb days coming up then its final noodz time :)
 
Day 40 and 41

Lifting some heavy shït, pretty much sums up how these days were. Had a ****ty chest and back workout but I did match PRs on incline dumbbell press, flat db press, and set PRs on be chins (21 straight) and tbar rows (245lb x 6) but I was nt in the mood at all.
Had an Equally ****ty leg workout. Nothing to note except that I spewed..... I put up 405 on squats for 3 which is less than last week by a rep.

Pct day one
Felt pretty good considering I started pct, put down 40mg nolva 150mg clomid 3g DAA. For around 2 hours in the middle of the day I felt absolutely miserable, headache, lethargy, loss if focus and dry reaching, it came on quick then left just as quick. Don't know wtf is up with that but all good. Off day today, worked a 13 hour day.
 
Are those symptoms from the high clomid dosage? Ive blasted at that dose before but I always took mine before bed to minimize symptoms. So I dont really know how it would actually make me feel.

Still waiting on noodz.. nohomo?
