Hardly lifted and ate like shït. Trying to juggle moving out of one house into another and then doing renovations on a third has me totally ****ed lol. Up at dawn and have been working till midnight. Should be back into the swing of things tomorrow. Got three days of lifting coming up, will be doing a push pull legs routine to hit everything in those 3 days.
A day off every once in a while is good for ya lol. Nice bench numbers up there too bud

I've been thinking about hiring a nutrition coach for awhile now and took the plunge today. Will probably start with him around pct time and have him ongoing for the foreseeable future.

Yes it's a very sad day indeed. But all good things must come to an end. I'm hoping the addition of ostarine in pct makes it a bit more enjoyable than usual. Ill still log throughout pct but ill probably be a little less consistent. I'm thinking of logging once a week with highlights and thoughts of that week.

Kept diet tight. Very right. Decided to add in some carbs today and tomorrow as ill be going very low carb over the next three days. Will also be incorporating cardio.... Not looking forward to that at all. Will probably be a 3.2km or 2 mile run.

Had you attempted to do a 5th rep with 405 before? Because if you hadn't, then that WOULD be a PR technically. Even if you didn't get a full rep its more than you'd done before.

I found a couple of UGL's that claim to have some SD. One of them has 30mg caps!! How the fuk are you supposed to taper up with that? And the other guy has injectable Methasteron. Any knowledge on injecting SD?
****, best of luck man. My pct was rough the forst 3 days then everything got better. Feeling, strength and I look leaner but I kept all the weight I've gotten back. My front looks a bit pusher but my back looks lean. Lol.
Should I exspect anything now that I'm serm free? Gonna get blood test in November.
Yeah pct is never any fun lol but I did extend this cycle for quite a lot longer than I had originally planned ( had To do an emergency cut lol) so I really can't complain. I live using an oral at the end, you can basically keep gaining right up to pct that way.
Haha damn 30mg caps! That's crazy! I only run it at 20mg lol. Injectable methasteron?? I've never heard of it tbh. Sounds interesting tho I might have to look into in further.
