Updating my MAN CARD with MAN Sports PF3

Wow today was busy. I don't think I've sweat more in one day than I did today. I really dig the work I'm doing for my landlord, Painting all day while listening to my iPod by myself, no a.c. sweat pouring off me I frickin love it!! Took tonight off from the gym, my joints will thank me for this!

What's up fellas?? So I ran out of Candy Grape PF3 today :( cracking open the fruit punch tomorrow morning. Will be interesting to see if the flavor of it is as good as cg. Trained shoulders today really had to warm up good as my joints are jacked!!

I didn't even think to ask for unflavored. Oh well don't know what I'd mix it with anyways.

Day 14
Let's talk Fruit Punch....... Not bad, not as good as Candy Grape but for a fruit punch it's pretty good. It mixes the same as the grape, but does stick to the sides of my shaker more. Hit triceps at the gym this morning and then tonight trained biceps at home.

Thinking of adding a scoop of leucine pre training to see what effects it may have on me, but not today. Did my normal dosing protocol today and was able to make it to the gym to train back. Gym was packed of course but luckily there was a squat rack open so I could do some rack pull shrugs. If you've never tried these give them a shot. Basically do a pull and then bust out a couple shrugs then back down etc

Went ahead and changed up my protocol today I added 1 scoop of Leucine to my pre training. Interested to see what happens from here on out. Haven't noticed any GI issues with the fruit punch so far :) Trained chest and shoulders today fasted.

What's up fellas?? Felt great today, had a great interview at a local gym and hit biceps pretty hard!! Protocol is the same, didn't notice a huge difference in how I felt this morning, but will stick with the extra dose of leucine.

As soon as my wife gets home I'm going to head back to the gym so I can get in some tricep work.
 
That's my mindset as well. Train and diet as if I'm competing, gives me more motivation

Wow, is it really already day 18?? Crazy how fast this log is going!! Anyways felt good again today although I feel like I'm possibly retaining some water. I ended up drinking about a gallon and a half to help with that issue. Trained back at home tonight so was only able to get in db work.

Got up this morning and did some fasted cardio. Holding off on PF3 until later when I hit legs.

Treadmill Lvl 3 for 3 minutes then Lvl 4 for 4 minutes then Lvl 5 for 5 minutes.

You could consider a scoop during fasted cardio, nothing but good could come of that :D

it's definitely an experience and you learn so much along the way, especially about yourself and your body

Given the work you're putting up in this log you should definitely lean on the side of competing over not if you ever have the time to do it

Giving it serious consideration. Need to learn how to pose properly though. Any tips on where to go online?

What's up fellas? Had a very busy day today. Morning Cardio, then filled a horse trailer with stuff left behind at a mobile home from previous tenants, then ripped out all the carpet in that trailer and prepped the walls. This is the fourth trailer in a row that has a purple room!! Wouldn't be so bad if my landlord didn't supply me with the thinnest white paint money can buy. Oh well I guess it gives me more hours gotta love that!! Anyways then I hit the gym to train legs.
