Day 15
Thinking of adding a scoop of leucine pre training to see what effects it may have on me, but not today. Did my normal dosing protocol today and was able to make it to the gym to train back. Gym was packed of course but luckily there was a squat rack open so I could do some rack pull shrugs. If you've never tried these give them a shot. Basically do a pull and then bust out a couple shrugs then back down etc

185x10 5 shrugs per pull

315x8 1 shrug per pull
