It's a lot better than looking at pictures. The hip flexors were a huge wake up call. Ive never felt pain like that from target point massage before

I box squat with my regular squat stance. For me, semi-wide...but I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone box squat narrow.

IMO SSB > camberedIts on my list of bars I need:
First is gonna be Swiss Bar (or football bar), then Cambered, then SSB, etc.

Agreed. I love the 14" Cambered for good mornings and it's good for squats, but the SSB dominates it.
Each definetly has their appropriate usage though.
I've never used the cambered except for the SSB.
