I started something of a 18/6 window about two years ago. AMy worj schedule has flex and can throw of a designated meal time - and in a lab you're not gonna bring food it.
I came across IF when looking up why I get ravenously hungry 1hr after breakfast going to work - LeanGains answered that with the science to back it up. The more I preach "6 meals a day" the less I believe it. I've always been an advocate for more the "paleo" style but even that has drawbacks. Only in a first world contry America is nutrient so abundant at your fingertips hasn't anyone stop to think this whole thing might be something of a scam?
On a side note, I love big meals like Adonis. It's much easier to resist temptation in food to maintain your fast. It's also fun as goin against society's beliefs.
