Thanks bro I gotta say this has been a very interesting cut. Had a lot of things going on in my personal life that made it hard to stay on track some days, and without the help of DCP's appetite suppression I probably would've caved on more occasions.

Thanks brother! Your not being intrusive at all, that is a very valid question. I haven't had any labs drawn in awhile tbh so not sure about medically, but I feel really good physically. My energy levels have been very good, my mental state and focus on the bigger goal has been awesome. My one problem in the past has always been waking up in the middle of the night hungry, but I haven't had that issue for awhile. The only physical problem I have is joint pain but as you know that has been an ongoing issue for some time.

What's up everyone?? So tomorrow will be my last day of DCP 2.0. I'm sitting at 166 right now so when I wake up in the morning I should be under my goal weight. It has been an interesting run, and I look forward to doing my final review. Trained shoulders tonight, my joints are still pretty jacked up so wasn't able to go as heavy on some things, but still had a good night.
