Grandma's Potato Chip Cookies

1lb of margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla
3/1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of potato chips

cream everything together
add crumbled potato chips last and mix well
drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet
bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350 degrees and cool
sprinkle with confectionary sugar and enjoy


These are the fuggin BOMB

Just made my first homemade Pretzel Crushed Country Fried Chicken. Came out amazing...

Never did pretzel, have to try that. I made cheezit fried chicken a few weeks ago, sounds a lot better then it is.

Crêpes:

2 eggs, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup cool water

Filling:

1 gala apple
splenda
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Allspice
Water and corn starch to thicken
 
Not bad, pretty macro heavy, could use pancake mix and reduce the CHO and egg whites. Very nice.

Def open for modification but you can't use pancake mix because it rises

Crepes are just milk, egg, flour, butter. The two pivotal things for good creeps are the thickness of the batter( dip a spoon in the batter run your finger threw the batter it should form a clean line and just Barely not run), and a hot buttered pan.

Dont need butter in all reality bro, you could use applesauce or greek yogurt as a sub. The trick is to make sure the batter it thin so they cook quick and they are thin on the final product. Can be very macro friendly.
 
Some good eats this weekend. Main meal was protein heavy and saved my carbs for dessert (not pictured - tiramisu cake, strawberry shortcake, 1/2 white chocolate dipped cannoli with mini chocolate chips from Italian bakery):

Marinated pork chop, grilled burger, egg roll, Vietnamese crepe with bean sprouts, and 3 bowls of Vietnamese beef stew. Anyone who likes pho needs to hit up the beef stew because it is bangin! I prefer it over pho. :)
