Thanks bro, I feel like hell :D thinking about taking tonight off from training. Got up and did a side job painting a few rooms this morning and just got done getting fried while mowing lol I had to look hilarious hobbling around out there pushing that mower!!

Today kinda kicked my ass. Was busy around the house then had to go finish up a painting job and then came home and did some training. Bis and tris tonight. I am shooting for 20 inch arms I know everyone has that goal right?? Well I started this goal a couple of months ago and at the time my left bicep was 16 1/4" and my right bicep was 17 1/4". Now my left is 17 3/4" and my right is 18 1/2" so getting there slowly but surely. I set a goal month of December so we shall see.

Today was chest and it went very well!! Weight is 171 so still hovering at the moment. May get back on the carb cycling for a few days and cut some of it. I will be keeping my fat and protein intake high though as not to drop as fast as I was previously.

One thing I must mention about DCP 2.0 is that I seem to sweat my butt off. Anytime I do anything remotely physical, I start sweating. When I train I sweat like it's raining out of my head, I love that!!!

I heard sweating was quite common on DCP 2.0. I'm curious to find out if it keeps me warm and sweaty in the wintertime.
 
Got home too late tonight to make it to the gym and instead of wasting another back day on just doing db work I decided to do some bicep drop sets. Felt great tonight.
Appetite has slowly increased for over the last few days. I have tried sticking to a caloric defect, but have been unable to due to different personal factors. I think once life settles down a bit I will have no problem getting back on track. Weight was 171.5 pre training tonight. Took my normal 6 caps of DCP 2.0 today.

Just caught back up. Life has been nuts. Sounds like yours has been too beastmode. Don't sweat about the glycogen weight, & just do your best with the diet. Staying on your grind it appears, but I wouldn't have expected any less :)

Training happens around real life, so don't add self-imposed guilt to your real stresses - just put the best foot forward you can, like you've been doing, & you're bound to be greater than if you didn't try at all.

Kept my diet in check today, even though there was a lot of temptation. My aunt passed away yesterday, and my daughter and I went out of town to my other aunt's house to mourn and talk about the arrangements. She had 9 kids and they all have their own agenda, so needless to say it was quite a chaotic day today. My mom and aunt kept trying to get me to try this or just a taste of that :ugh1:Got home and was more than ready to hit the gym!! 6 caps DCP today

Appreciate it bro, it was a tough day yesterday, but I think it may have helped fuel my training, and it taught me what not to do when my own mother passes.

Had a great breakfast this morning with my 2 caps of DCP, lots of fiber and protein so should be good for awhile
 
Sorry to hear about your aunt. On a lighter note though, 75g instead of 50 makes a big difference in satiety in my experience. 50 I just blow through, but ~75-100 seems a lot more sustainable.

I agree and with the DCP 2.0 being as strong as it is, I won't drop weight so quickly. The 8 pounds I lost my first week was way too much way too fast!!
 
Four caps of DCP in so far, diet has been great today. Carbs are at 55 grams so gives me some leeway for my post shoulder training meal tonight. Trained chest today. Felt great and really was able to work up a nice sweat. Weight pretraining was 170.5

Haven't been hungry at all today. Went to my aunts funeral then out to eat with family. Got a few bites in and started feeling sick to my stomach so put down my fork. Brought home the rest of it and might give it a shot later but who knows. Training bis/tris tonight so should be ok to do so on a low calorie day.
 
Well still haven't eaten much and it really hasn't affected me at all. Had a great night at the gym. Aside from some elbow pain I feel pretty good. 6 caps DCP 2.0
