Piracetam and hits to the head

Piracetam should increase blow flow in the brain right? Does that mean that if you get hit to the head in sports like football or martial arts that it could increase the risk of brain bleeding?

I just started to use Piracetam and I play football and occasionly sparr boxing with my friends, could it actually danger me?

My understanding is that piracetam prevents cerebral hypoxia, not just straight vasodilation

So I should be better to take Piracetam before hits to the head, kinda?
