DangerLace bringing the Pump! (High Volume/Acute Fx)

I think Lacey is selling herself short. Why only Wednesday? Should be daily, just like this log, in my opinion. Just sayin' ;)
 
The long awaited hot picture Wednesday!! With Mondays log!

Been busy all week so here's Mondays log guys with a sex picture to end it :)

Monday. Chest/arms

DB press: 15x 12, 12, 12
Chest press: 30x 12, 12, 12
Cable flys: 25x 12, 12, 12

DB bicep curls: 15x 12, 12, 12
Rope pull downs: 25x 12, 12, 12
Wrist curls: 5x 12, 12, 12 each

Sups are still doing their job! That's for damn sure, may skip leg day and go for a long run since my knee is really hurting me, need to start off slow with it.. :( which sucks but I don't want to further progress my injury. Hope you guys enjoy the pic, I know it what y'all stick around for ;)

I still think my favorite cutting routine for women and men is HIIT. hit the weights hard and cardio even harder

No Athletix rep offering to rub down the knee for you? Maybe they forgot to take their Titanium today.
 
That sucks about the knee, I'd be careful with running since the impact can still cause trouble... Probably best to do something low impact like the elliptical but either way hope it heals up soon. :)

Was just about to suggest the elliptical. But I don't run, i like to do more effective calorie burning cardio workouts when I'm cutting.

and Friday. Well if we include Friday we might as well include the weekend also. And Monday cause Monday's suck and a nice pic will brighten all of our days. We can leave Tuesday out because of the hangover all of this will cause but back at it on hump day.

So to conclude, everyday except Tuesday :D
 
You know what I like most about her pics? They are of a real genuine woman. None of this photoshopped, HDR'd, over-the-top makeup crap. Real girl-next-door quality! Its refreshing!

Hey guys! Some of you aren't going to be very happy with me, especially JD..

Big news?

My boy friend and I are having a baby. :)
Which means no more heavy lifting just light cardio and some light core training to keep my body tight. As of now I am between 6 1/2 and 7 1/2 weeks, this also means that I can't finish my log. Bf is willing to take over the dose though so I need the ok from JD.
 
You gonna name the baby Piston? That would be a cool name for a kid!
 
Congrats to you and your boyfriend. And I am sure JD will be ok with this, as it will just get someone else's perspective.
