Thanks again boys this is a hell of a stash! And perfect timing as I used my last sample of oep powder yesterday. Been using it in the mornings to get me through to lunch fasted (trying out some IF for a few weeks). This is the ford product that has ever actually suppressed my ravenous appetite ha. Take I pack split into 2 24oz shakes at 8:30 and 10:30 am and sip til lunch at 12. Energy te first day was off the chart but has since been just right. I like to split the dose so I can enjoy it longer ;). Great stuff here. Can't wait to try out the blue raz!

My question - there are no right/wrong answers, but I'm interested...

What is the single best tip you can give to someone looking to shred a few more pounds before the Fall bulk?

For me personally the breakthrough I had in getting to the leanest I've ever been (6%bf after an entire life of 15-20%!) was the simplest thing: focus on your diet and let it dictate your training, not vice versa. Completely relearning everything I "thought" I knew about a "good clean" diet to go along with and exercise program led me to my best and a lifestyle change as far as what I keep in the fridge and cupboard. Sometimes it's the smallest things that make the biggest changes and that was it for me.

I didnot open the tub yet..I used one of the sample OxyELITE Pro® powder pack. It said take 1 pack..and that's what I did. I am now seeing also the appetite suppression factor. I usually eat at this time..but I am not at all hungry. I am waiting with great joy for arm day...I want to try out the yok3d....I had my eye on that ..when it first came to market!!

Gotcha. I believe the sample packs are 1 scoop per pack. Yok3d is great stuff, one of the few pump products I notice a real difference with. I'm surprised it doesn't get more attention than it does.

Definitely calorie counting and eating super clean. Hitting that am cardio for a hour or two and then come back and weight train at night!

Yeah buddy second on that am cardio... Fasted, right out of bed for me is the best.

Best tip I can offer is to add a little 20min jump rope session at the end of the day outside. No matter where you live there's always a space to have an rather intense session where its you, your thoughts, and tomorrows goals.

I need to do this. I've always been awful at jumping rope and its such a beast of an exercise. Don't think you can beat it and rowing for full body cardio.

Know exactly what you mean, Ive added 2 days for it solely to help ease down a hard day, rowing is something I need to def. add in. Im that guy who looks at the row machine and detours straight to the ab mats instead lol.

I been using the row machine and my cut is going into hyperdrive....its been the best method of cardio for me.

I used to live on the rowing machine in college for the exact reason Themovement said... Everyone else avoided it ha. When was the last time you saw the hot sorostitute who didn't wanna break a sweat get on there?... Ill tell you what tho, since it was in the back of the cardio room, the view was fantastic ;) and the results weren't bad either ha

2- THe necessity of Refeeds/Cheat meals to help spike t3, leptin and hormone levels to continue fat burning and increase metabolic fat burning.

Agreed brother. I had a hard time forcing myself into cheat meals.. but when I finally did, I started losing ALOT more fat

1. Set a goal and use your mind to control all aspects of that goal. Bodybuilding is about the body - but it should really be about the mind. If you are in the right mind set then anything is possible. "your body is the slave, your mind the master"

2. Dont be such a tight-ass. Enjoy some good food..but do it responsibly. Always enjoy life!!
 
What helped me at the end of my cutting was the addition of HIIT pre AND post training. About 10 min each - on a spin bike (1 min high speed sprint: 1 min low spin out)!

SOme people do not realize that raising t3, leptin and hormone levels after severe restriction or dieting can increase fat loss and aid in their long term goal. Crazy to think a burger and fry or some ice cream could actually help you lose weight ! Dont tell the bros :)

I'm horribly guilty of this when I cut... I literally just can't bring myself to cheat thinking it'll ruin weeks of effort ha. I need to do a "test cut" in the winter when I don't really care if it impacts me or not and really find out for myself
 
Heck, yesterday I destroyed an extra lg meatball pizza. Woke up shredded and vascular

I will definitely put it to good use. I am already putting all the first goodies to use. I tried the yok3d on arms day and had a orgasmic pump going...also used the protein and test powder and bcaa and used the jacked-micro. But I am still a fan of the old jacked...maybe the jacked advanced can replace it...who knows....should find that out too..
 
I have tried the protein powder (milk chocolate) and the BCAAs (watermelon) and I must say I really enjoy the taste of both! The chocolate has a different spin on it and I really enjoyed the texture compared to other proteins :)
