Cut stack

So I was thinking about doing 1 erase cap first thing in the morning, 1 erase cap 6 hours later and then 2 caps of reduce xt right before bed. Ill be on a cal deficit and just want to maintain LBM and strength. I also have a bottle of F-95 is there any dose I should run that at to help out or am I better off buying more bottles and using 100 mg a day spread out with 4 1 cap doses? Would this be an effective stack? I might also through in a cap of EGCG here and there throughout the day.

I've used erase solo on a cut before, works pretty well all things considered. Being that you can only run for 4 weeks I recommend it later in to your cut when your body has been carb depleted for awhile. In the beginning your body won't see too many hormonal changes (as long as you don't crash diet) so I usually use it a month or two in so those last few lbs can have a little help coming off. Actually gonna run a supp with arimistane, DAA, and fenugreek soon on my natty cut. Ill post my log up as soon as it comes in and we can compare

You're set up looks solid. I like to go up to 100mg Forskolin spread throughout the day. 50mg will work just fine though :).

I think you got some good replies here and I agree with them. I would also make sure I was taking 5g of Creatine also. Just for muscle building purposes. This will help you out a lot.

I actually have a big tub of mono So I might throw that in too. Thanks for the reply

Advantages of spreading the forsk thru out the day (for fat loss) as opposed to the bulk of it being taken pre WO? Or will net results be roughly the same?
