Yea ill probably end up there again around dinner time lol I got the bowl (don't need the extra carbs from the wrap)

Beans= serious amount of fiber from that bowl

Bulk = burrito
Cut = salad (basically the same as a bowl but they fill it with romaine first & then rice/beans/etc)
Love it though man.

Yep! Double meat. $2.35 extra here in Ohio. Go with chicken & steak. In that salad is: white rice, black beans, fajitas, chicken, steak, green salsa & cheese.

Haha, you do have a very valid point there.. lol never had Qdoba though. Got a few in Columbus about 30 minutes from me. I'll have to stop next time I'm over there.

Forgot to mention, as of today I'm gluten free. Going to see if its wheat that inflames my psoarisis. If going wheat/gluten free doesn't fix it, then ill cut corns/starches.

Took a rounded scoop of volatile today and hit legs. I've been training in the wee hrs of morning time, because I have a side job at night with the brother in-law. Framing, hanging sheet rock, laying tile and among other things.
So trained fasted- and had plenty of energy afterwards! Like I said I've gone stim free for awhile now, so this morning that scoop hit HARD.

Squats- 135x8x2 205x5 265x6 295x4 315x4 - got a video of the last set, absolutely horrible angle though, can't see I've gone parallel. Terrible angle.
Seated leg curl- 115x15x3 superset with leg ext- 70x11 80x11x2
Hack squat (lbs. per side)- 45x6x2 55x6

Various calf exercises Pumps were decent today, not explosive like yesterday but decent.

I felt like I could have got more reps with 315, he'll all of my weights. But, my hip flexors were tight and sore even after foam rolling

Yea the energy hit me hard (caffeine) since I came of stimulants (pre workouts and soda) for the last month. Ill see how volatile treats me on chest day :)

I turn my music waaaay the **** up and go, hell I can't hear me drop weights when I workout at home haha. But since I've started working out at my wife's place its been alright. Only problem with it is that I'm forced to workout with bicep and 1/2 to 1/4 rep bros
I'm saving up for a power rack to put in my garage

Hahaha no I lift at the place she works at... she's a physical therapist assistant and they have a sports section with a bench and whatnot
 
Tyga you goof there's qdoba's all around STL. If you come up my way we'll tear my gym up & smash some burritos afterward!

As for the hip flexors squatting, this phys ther at my gym (who used to powerlift) told me to warm up on the stationary bike for 8-10 min before squatting. He said set the seat as deep as you can & flair your knees out if possible to get into more of a squatty position. Pedal at a mild pace, nothing serious at all, & it will get some blood in the flexors & warm them some before you hit the rack.

I did it for a month & haven't had hip flexor pain since, even despite discontinuing the bike.
