Off cycle I have a level of about 900 .

Everyone is different. If you're at 400 you can still build muscle . You can also raise it naturally and through supplements. At below 250 there's something wrong with production.

Wow are you totally natural? I would like to have your level ^^
I tried to raise it with tribulus but not works...
Maybe is something wrong with my train or my diet :(

Not totally. To be clear. Tribulas is not a testosterone booster at all. Its a libido product.

Daa ,lcarnitine tarate ect ect. Plenty of good testosterone boosters out there

A guy with 900 telling a guy with 400 its fine. :D i must say that is amusing lol. "easy for you to say Mr 900"!

So what you're saying is at 400 he should jump straight on anabolics? Now thats amusing.

I suggest looking into anti estrogens- unless your lab results said they were fine.

More importantly, look into your source of protein. To be honest i don't even count incomplete proteins when reaching for 1g/lbm weight- budget out your protein needs first from complete sources (animals or animal derivatives) and then think of the protein from primarily carb or fat sources as just extra.

Perhaps you should consider lower volume, and higher frequency routines as well with varying rep/set schemes throughout the week. More stimulation, less fatigue.

Also, perhaps consider intermittent fasting. It's not for everyone but I particularly enjoy it.

Raising free test naturally with supplements is great, but you also must raise them mentally and physically and tune your body with intention. I mean with intensity. You want a surplus of available nutrients in your system, but you must try to use all your fuel and then some. Heavy weight, high reps till you're sweating bullets and everything swells up. You won't gain fat if you bust ass and go beyond exhaustion. As for the mental aspect... You gotta get pissed! Circle the weights as if you're trying to intimidate them. When you grab the bar, squeeze it as if you're going to crush it and throw it out the window. I'd recommend lifting an extra day or two a week. I love it :) Earn your meals and work on individual muscle activation when you look in the mirror or when you're getting down with your girlfriend (hormones give you a super pump and seems to breaks through plateaus:) Just some natty two cents

Nolva is a SERM for post cycle protection but you can Google those last couple questions. Do you still get sore regularly? You should. That's when you really need the extra nutrients. If you're gaining fat, just go with it and step up your training. You'll gain muscle under the perceived fat if you're getting stronger, and you can chisel it out later. You can always train twice a day if you aren't getting sore enough lol! Attack weaknesses and do everything until you're hurting the next day. Add sprinting to your plan. Preworkout supps can keep your intensity up and a steady flow of aminos really helps prepare you for the next session. Eat clean, Eat big, Train harder. Its fun. Make sure you give yourself a good pump. Force blood into those muscles and breathe deep expanding your lungs and improving posture.

If I'm here to ask you for help, it's because i've tried everything! I don't think it's possible to not gain muscle even if you don't eat clean...

So Bodybuilding is sooo easy, just EAAAAAAT SLEEP and TRAIN right ? Do you think I didn't eat or sleep ? lol I forced myself to eat so I gain fat.

If it was so easy I would not be here

Yup I did that at 165 lbs skinny as **** for years later I weigh 200lbs. So add that up . Just eat, lift heavy , sleep harder. Fat comes with getting big. Suck it the **** up eatvan get big

I believe you, my friend has the same route than you... I'll try again like i said. If someone else would like to add something, do not hesitate

D aspartic acid has proven to raise test levels significantly. Take at least 3 grams a day consistently. Research shows an increase of 40% of total test after a couple weeks of use. Take ginger as well. Ginger helps convert cholesterol into test and tastes great. Hit the gym at least 5 days a week minimum to reset homeostasis (your new improved default setting). Don't miss a day of contributing to your goals. Sleep is very important after assaulting your body.

You are more than double his level telling him that its not a deficiency in his natural test production that is holding him back....that is rich. Like it or not. You'd shyt you're panties if you had a 400 test level and couldn't gain muscle or god forbid started packing on fat. the difference between 300 and 900 is DRAMATIC. i know from experience.

I also know from experience. At 400 he can easily raise it with non anabolics,a better diet ,well rounded training and sleep. Im surprised nobody has asked what he does for work and what his sleep looks like.

Yeah but sometimes despite eating the right things and training correctly...a low test level can hold you back. Suggesting ways to raise his test levels OTC is definitely a solid piece of advice. But I believe he stated that he eats like a horse so I guess we need to take him at his word. I think 400 and below is inadequate if your aim is to build muscle w/o getting fat...it's counterproductive and makes your "job" way more difficult than it needs to be.

Like I said from the beginning of this thread. I doubt his diet and training are on point.

OP layout what a normal week of training looks like for you.

Even if you raise your test lvl if your workout is sh¦t you won't see much of a change..... if any.

You're correct....OP's have proven they can't be trusted over and over (esp on diet) lol. He might eat 3 times per day... and the meals consist of "whatever mom cooked" or a mcdonalds combo with full sugar soda of course. He should detail diet and training as you suggested....i think we'll enjoy it :D

Easy test to see if you are hitting the gym hard enough. If the body part you trained does not ache the next day then you didn't train hard enough. I use this test on myself also as I change up my routine from time to time.

Yeah muscle soreness is a good indicator in my estimations as well. sometimes its hard to get that when you are an experienced lifter who's been at it a while.

My diet is good. I mostly eat rice & pasta with chicken breast.
My train is simple 4 times per week.
Chest/triceps
Back/biceps
Rest
Legs
Schoulders

Abs every on day.

I'm so sure cause a lot of my friends without diet build more muscle than me...

Ps: before this last bloodwork, I had 350. I train hard and eat clean, so in my last test it was 400 but still not muscle gain...

I'm not sure what you are expecting from us? You say your diet and training are on point and your test is 400. Standard advice when some says they can't build muscle is: Eat more food and workout harder and more often. Oh and fyi No need to work abs that much.

If you can't find a doctor that will assist try low dose Clomid. Something like 25mg every other day for 30 days and then get new blood work.

While I could be completely wrong I have a gut feeling that you are looking for an easy fix rather than putting in hard work. I've worked out with people that have been going to the gym daily for years and get no results because they don't want it enough or work hard enough for it.

Are you sore the next day after a workout? How many hours at the gym? How many sets/reps per day? Do you go heavy with few reps or light with high reps? Are you drenched in sweat when you are finished?

I am looking for something that can help me to progress and build muscle! I dont know if the problem is on my T level or on my thyroid or something else. That's why I am here and asking you.

Yes, next day generally i am sore.
My reps turn around 6 and 12. For 4 or 5 set.
I always go for heavy, i tried also light with 20reps or more. I'm not too drenched. When I run i am more drenched in sweat.

I can lift heavier than my friends but they build muscle and I not :(

You need fat to make test.

Don't spend a penny on any supplements until after you get your diet in check. Track your daily daily macros for several weeks. Report back with your daily calories, protein, fat, and carbs. If you're really worried about your test levels, this should be no problem to do. Tracking my macros made a bigger difference to my health than anything else I've done.

And how do you expect us to know if you have a T lvl issue or thyroid issue? This is a discussion you should have with your doctor. If your doctor won't help get a new doctor. The end

I have posted my macros yesterday. :/

If someone has the same problem... or if someone has 400 and get bigger.

I can't find where you posted your macros. All I saw was rice, pasta (ie bad carbs) and chicken.

And, it's been years since my T levels were over 400. It's much more work to keep up muscle mass, but it is possible. Just need to watch your diet and train hard/smart.

He doesn't want to hear that his diet and training are not sufficient. I've tried to tell him this since the first post. He wants a fix for his low T lvl. He needs to talk to his doc for that. But I'm with you and feel his diet and training are sh¦t

Admit that my diet is **** like you said. Why my friend can build and i can not? I hope you are right. It is very nice if I just need to change my diet and progresss like everyone...

While the answer may not be as easy as diet and training 9.99 times out of 10 that is the problem. That's why everyone keeps saying the issue is "diet and training". But hey you might be that 0.01 out of 10 and if you are no one here can help you. See your doc or a new doc.

While my T level is on range (4 is on range) my doc does not want to talk about that...

Jesus dude!!!!! and what did I say you need to do about that? Let me help you. GET A NEW ****ING DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! Or stfu

How much spoon feeding do you want? One of two things.... You are trolling or you are not to bright. Take your pick

Perhaps you're being a bit harsh. I'm sure if we spoke French, he would sound much more intelligent. Can you imagine how you or me would sound trying to speak a language we had little knowledge of?

Hey red fox.... Blow it out your ass. Going to a forum in a foreign language that I do not fully understand to get advice on my hormone issues IMO is another sign of low intelligence.

Going to a forum that's respected, in any language, should not be discounted.

Wow rphash if you don't want to answer please stay out of this topic. I am on this forum because I did not find the same in french...

Ignore the troll.

Based on what you outlined as your primary food choices your fats sound low, increasing your dietary fats should have a positive effect on your T production.

I recommend replacing some of your chicken with beef if possible. And don't be afraid to use things like olive oil or drinking whole fat milk throughout the day.
