Pow wow Annihilates his Adipose with EBF's AAv2

It was delicious man! I'm having another one with rice for post workout. lol

Scratch that, wasn't really feeling the whole waking up in the middle of the night to some burning craps (sorry for the image) so I went with a post shake (2 scoops Elite XT banana nut, 1 cup almond milk, 1tbsp Choc PB2 & 1/4 cup oat bran) & now i'm having 1 cup F age 2% Greek yogurt topped with blueberries, & 1 cup Quaker Oatmeal Squares & 1/2 cup coconut milk.

Couple side notes:
Sitting around 189 right now. That carb refeed really dumped glycogen in my muscles lol honestly, I feel like I've been hitting too low cals lately. My strength just feels like crap. Granted, the guy I'm training with focuses more on strength than I'm used, so I feel somewhat behind, but being -500 cals everyday is taking its toll on me. So, I'm going to slowly up my calories to the 2,300-2,400 point, which is still gonna have me in a defect, but I'm gonna try out carb cycling. I know I previously stated my body doesn't need a huge abundance of carbs to function, but I don't really feel I can do the <100g. So I'm gonna start out with low/moderate/high carb & repeat to start, & will go from there. I really wanna cut this fat, but I feel like going too low cal might be putting too much stress on my body right now. Like I said, just an observation & will keep adjusting accordingly.
 
Nice! You got after it on db bench. Weighted dips are my favorite.

Thanks man! Hopefully getting back up closer to maintenance will help my strength out even more. I love them too, but I usually do a weighted belt. Tonight, just threw a 65lb chain around my neck. Pretty uncomfortable, but the gravity makes you lean forward to really hit your pecs. First time I've done them like that but really felt it in my pecs instead of tris!
 
Ya if you really squeeze your pecs and dont lock out, they are killer. I just hit a pr the other day. Pretty stoked about that.

1st dose of AAv2 upon waking with coffee. 1 pill 2 hours after breakfast, 1 pill pre with 1 scoop Alphamine & E. Heading to hit back, maybe some Bis. Will try & post up some post WO n00dz.
 
Hit back today. Ended up being a little shorter than I wanted but I thought today was my day off of work when really its tomorrow so kinda rushed through things. Focused more on high reps & slower contractions. Here's what it looked like.

I've been using 1 cap Agmatine & 2 caps AAv2 before a big carb meal. Brought them both with me. & I have B complex but didn't know that would benefit in those regards. Will be sure to add that to the arsenal. & Don't worry, I made sure to eat rather light today to make up for it. lol

I never felt agmAtine to work in that regard for me but I do take it sometimes post workout with my meal

I'll keep that in mind man! & I just feel like it really opens up my veins to transport everything better. Not sure how much scientific data is behind that, but in theory it should help.

Couple side notes:
I love the versatility of this product. I feel like the synergy is between an array of supplements, just not fat burners. This is a very stackable product no matter your goals. Weight this morning was ay 187.3 which is up from last weigh in but like i said, I'm slowly working my cals back up but I will rely on my fast/carb timing to manipulate the fat loss. Pics taken at PF.. don't flame me, I go there with my girlfriend on occasion to make her happy & it's a block away from my work, but I still have my locally owned old school BB gym. Honestly though, this PF is nothing like the horror stories I've heard of them. The managers are all cool as hell, especially with me because a good friend of mine works there. They just opened it a few months ago so everything is brand new & a nice switch up from the older equipment at the underground gym. I'll hit it from time to time if I'm in a hurry or want a switch up, but I will forever love the simpleness of my first gym. :notworthy:
Oh, & I have noticed I've been pissing a lot lately. Could be from increased water intake from thirstiness or from the product itself? EBF guys could elaborate that one.

Waiting to hear back from my workout partner on when he'll be in town to hit shoulders but I will update after a few!
 
Didn't end up hitting the gym last night. Got talked into watching Avatar 3D with the fam & my workout buddy couldn't make it to town anyways. Guess it was a good thing I only ate half of that plate last night! lol so I'm gonna hit hams/shoulders/calves before work tonight. Last night macros were roughly:

Hit Delts & calves this evening. Didn't have too much time so I supersetted front/side Delts & traps/rear Delts with some calves at the end. Had an awesome workout & pump. It might just be me.. But I work out 10 times better after a long fast than with food in my stomach. Granted, I have a fairly good intra shake but it's suited me well.

Took 1st dose this morning with 200mg caffeine & E. I'm gonna start dosing at 3 caps 3 times a day to really see what it can do for me. Gonna hit

This caught my eye during the first write up! How would you compare the effects to a GDA like your guy's recompadrol? In layman's terms.

Still lowers insulin. More of a calorie waster IMO. The higher you dose the better it works. 4 scoops a day is great but combined with all 3 products it's un parelleled synergy

I personally use mp and osthole on a bulk and I literally couldn't get fat. I used high carb high protein diet low fat workout days. Low carb moderate fat high protein non workout days

Metabolic powder pre workout with osthole and metabolic powder post workout with recompadrol

Nice little workout. Kind of an all over body pump. Those are nice every now and again. I like taking 3 aav2 as well. So far no more probs, so i will finish bottle this way. Nice salad. Send me over 1.

Yea, I don't really do them but I liked doing a little bit of everything. Kinda got screwed outta hitting hams on Thursday so I did some light work & will hit them heavier on Sunday with quads. Also think i'm gonna start hitting chest 2 times a week as that's probably my most lagging body part. & Give me your addy, but I can't guarantee it'll be as fresh as it was when I ate it. :P

I stopped training calls when I bought my new car BC I kept stalling lmao.
