Is it okay to stack Yohimbine HCL and Alpha-Yohimbe?

I am doing an IF protocol and looking to add some alpha-2 antagonists to move fat loss along. Both of these supps achieve that end, my question is would it be a good idea to stack the two, or would that be useless?

I will take it before fasted training and fasted cardio in conjunction with caffeine. Any recommendations for other supplements and other options for a good stack would be appreciated as well.

Don't stack them. Go with Alpha-Y over YHCL. Less side effects. Dose .2mg/kg.

No need to stack, Alpha-Y is more user friendly like recommended and I would still not exceed 15mg a day if it's your first time. After you get used to it you can follow the .2mg/kg ratio and also take a higher dose pre-cardio. I have had good results with all my needed dosage pre-cardio some 20-30 minutes before it with the EC stack. But if you want more appetite suppression and a more prolonged effect, split it in 3 doses a day, and takeon an empty stomach always. Helps a lot to take EC (250mg Caffeine + 25mg Ephedrine Sulfate or HCL) with it.

Alpha-Yohimbe > YHCL. Drop the YHCL if possible.

Are you using AlphaBurn?

Alpha T-2 is another great option.

Yohimbine HCl > Alpha-yohimbine. Dead serious. That said, a properly extracted alkaloid extract (not to toot Alpha-T2/Alphamine's horn) is superior due to varying half-lives of compounds + superior mood effects

But more sides correct?
It has more sides because rauwolscine is considerably less potent than yohimbine hcl. Rauwolscine is also adrenolytic, with increased antagonism of the alpha 1 receptor (bad) in addition to alpha 2 antagonism.

Cliffs: use lower doses of yohimbine hcl rather than rauwolscine

For real? Is this in regards to a more full spectrum of Yohimbinoids with yohimbine HCL? I thought Yohimbine was solely an alkaloid.

Yohimbine is one of a whole host of alkaloids..some good, some bad, some ugly. If you take unstandardized yohimbe bark, you're in for a scare. If you take a proper extract, you get awesome effects on fat loss and mood

Personally I love YHCL. I have taken it a few times and never got the side effects others report and have noticed awesome results. I know I said Alpha-Y is better considering the side effects but I've never ran Alpha-Y solo as I have YHCL.
