Final macros for the day: 219P/218C/76F 2,386cals. Carbs were pretty high today but I blame that on the burrito, still happy with the macros though.
 
I notice that a serve pre bed dries me up nicely in the morning
 
Just finished my shoulder/trap workout. Same dosing as yesterday. Besides the addition of aav2 & 100-200 calorie deficit from before, I haven't changed anything & I'm noticing my vascularity has been crazy lately. So either the AAv2 is helping that or I'm leaner out more. Hopefully both! :P here's today's workout.

Cals were a bit higher today but I already felt shoulder DOMS coming on so up the protein to try & help it out.

Are you using a pwo? Any other fat burner, body shaping products along with aav2?

The first week, I've stuck with AAv2 as my sole fat burner. If you see my first post, I listed all supplements used. I have not been using much of the Alphamine. At most 1 scoop pre. I will be incorporating full dose Alphamine in probably half way through just so I can kind of judge the different effects, along with synergy between the two.
 
Just finished a hamstring/lower back/abs workout. Dosing went kinda different today. Did my morning dose, but I had a late notice on when my workout partner was ready to hit the gym & I had just ate. So I just popped a caffeine pill, no AAv2 pre-WO, finished my workout, just took my 2nd dose with a post shake of 10g BCAA & 5g glutamine peptides. Gonna wait an hour or so to eat, then I'll take dose 3 pre bed. Here's what today's workout looked like.

Pretty strong deadlifts. What is your 1rm?

It's been so long, but the last big number I remember hitting was 435 for 3, about a year ago. Like I said, it's been awhile since I hit deads & honestly, they felt pretty easy tonight. Definitely gonna start adding them back in but I was just worried to go in guns hot the first time in a long time.

I like to hit maintenance cals on leg days so that worked out. Even got a couple pieces of deluxe Donato's pizza in me which I thoroughly enjoyed. lol will be dosing my last 2 caps pre-bed. Bis & Tris tomorrow, possibly some cardio Saturday & quads/calves Sunday.

Took my 1st dose upon waking with a caffeine pill, will take 2nd dose pre with 1 scoop Alphamine.
 
How you likening it with the additional caffeine

Definitely adds to the swear factor. Seems to make the noticeable effects last a little longer. My plan is to slowly work it & 1 scoop Alphamine in, then Adding ephedrine to each caffeine dose, & then by the end, AAv2 + full dose Alphamine + E.

Now that's a stack there! lol but Thanks. I have bulk yohimbine I'll add in every once in awhile. I've ran Shift before for thyroid but honestly didn't notice too much. Might give it another try when the new formula releases.

Thanks fellas! I might continue to drop carbs lower & lower to see what I can make of it. Never really went <100 intentionally but this log would be a perfect excuse to try.
 
Weight at 187.6 this morning, but was also wearing dress slacks & a belt so probably about the same weight as last weigh in. Doubt I'll get in some cardio today. Just recently started on getting my PT certification so will be working on that for most of my free time today. If anything changes though, I'll be sure to make note.

I split dose 2 up into single pill doses today, a lot easier on the stomach even though it really isn't that bad in my case. Always willing to test out different combos to figure out what works best with my body.

2 Pure Protein chocolate deluxe bars to hold me over at work. Shooting for <100 carbs today. At 52 net carbs right now. Oh, & I have been just listing total carbs on my macros but I'm going to be factoring in dietary fiber from now on to give you a better idea on my carb intake.
 
Dose 2 caps AAv2 right when I got up with 1g fish oil, 200mg caffeine & 2 caps Nutra green tea. Dosed 1 pill pre WO with 1 scoop Alphamine. Intra shake was 10g Modern BCAA, 5g Glutamine peptides, 5g Citrulline Malate. Drank 3/4 during WO, then added 1 scoop gatorade powder to remaining drink. (90% workouts are fasted)

Hit quads & calves today. Hit the high rep range, mainly because I forgot my belt & hams still have some DOMs so didn't wanna overdo it. Here's the workout.

Reasoning for 1 cap pre: I plan to split up remaining doses at 1 cap as I plan to consistently eat throughout the day.

Comments regarding AAv2: I'm noticing I'm leaning out more & more each day. This is easily the best I've looked at this weight. Or period. Granted, I've really been nailing down on my cals but the AAv2 has me waking up pretty cut. My middle split between abs keeps getting deeper, side rip cuts are more pronounced, & abs themselves are popping more. Starting tomorrow, I will probably add in the full dose Alphamine & E so I can really get the best results from this product. So far, definitely impressed & I have a feeling once everything starts working in synergy, I'll be even more impressed.
 
Couldn't give you exact macros for today, but I would say anywhere from 2,600-2,700. High carbs, probably 250-300 range, with protein over 200. It felt good to eat today. lol will be dosing 3rd dose pre bed. Got a long day tomorrow & plan on hitting chest in the evening/night. Updates coming tomorrow! Will try to step on the scale tomorrow at the girlfriend's house to give you guys a weight.
