Slept in and made a killer brunch.
6 eggs (3 whites, 3 whole) w/ peppers from the garden
Lemon grass grilled beef w/ nuc mum sauce and pickled dicon radish and carrot on top ( own traditional Vietnamese recipe modified by me)
Kim chi
Greek yogurt w/ half tsp organic raw honey
Kale shake w/ juiced apple,carrot, celery, orange blended with fresh kale.
Approx. 80grams protein , very low carb, and fuking delicious !
Do you substitute the sugar in the recipe for the daikon radish?
