Ya I left them the last bit of my OxyElite PROtein to have to let me know if they like it enough to get more (I plan to get more myself).

My whole family squats on Mondays and deadlifts on Fridays. Usually lift 3 days a week with pretty much all the major movements. I've taught them well. :D

They're about $2.50 for singles, but there are "buy 3 get 1 free" deals sometimes.
 
Ya I only buy the Quest bars with the buy 3 get 1 deal. Going to order some online though for less than $2 a bar. :)

I had a solid chest/shoulder (pump) session this morning. My focus and endurance were on point and the pump was ridiculous (strongest chest/shoulder pump that I’ve had in a while). PRIME, VERSA-1, C20 (for the last week), Jack3d AF, extra calories, and carbs (including Glycofuse) are all treating me very well.

-I hadn’t done this in a while and forgot how painful it was. The pump was intense and I felt like my chest could pop. :eek:

-twist to neutral grip in stretched position / twist pinkies in at top of movement

- I came up with the “reverse” ladder pushup idea a few days ago, when planning my session.

-starting with feet elevated ~3 feet on bar / lowered 1 foot each partial set

-holding 20lb DBs for increased stretch/depth

-These felt amazing and destroyed my upper chest.

Nice. I bet they love it. I'm seriously addicted to both flavors.

I think they're good for when you're on the go. That's why I bought a couple yesterday. I had no food and wasn't going home for a few hours. Some flavors are good for satisfying a sweet tooth as well (like CCCD).

Oh I love the brownie. Sweet and salty. I liked vanilla almond crunch, but Berry Bliss was mediocre IMO.

The PB Chip Victory bar was pretty good as well. They have a soft consistency and look kind of rubbery (don't taste like it though), like laffy taffy, but thicker.

I made a small change to my peri-workout carb sources. GlycoMyx is now being used about 15 minutes post-workout (with OxyELITE Protein). I forgot that I had some and plan on grabbing more soon. Glycofuse is still used intra.



My arm session went very well this morning. Strength, energy, endurance, and focus continued to be great.

Today’s leg session was intense. When I planned it, I wasn’t sure if I’d get through everything, but I walked out alive. I added a little back work as well. I’ll probably continue to do a few sets of back when I train arms. It was a last minute decision today and I’ll make the change next week.

Thanks wasme. Yeah, I cranked the volume up a bit. If you only count what I considered working sets and look at leg press as one set, it's not too crazy haha.

Jack3d AF, VERSA-1, and PRIME were taken prior. The combo (+ Compound 20, which I ran out of yesterday, but will have more of tomorrow) has me feeling amazing lately. I had a busy morning and didn't use Jack3d AF until ~2.5 hours after eating, which seemed to give me some extra pep lol.


With all those you must be in gym got 2+hours.

I think it took about 2 hours, maybe a little less.

I'm currently using PRIME, VERSA-1, and Compound 20 (didn't have C20 yesterday, but will have more this afternoon). I've been using Jack3d Adavanced for the last week as well.

SuperCissus, Gut Health, Modern BCAA+ Glycofuse, GlycoMyx, OxyELITE Protein, vitamin D, and OxyELITE Pro powder (1-2 times a week before fasted cardio on non-training days) make up the rest of my supplement lineup.

Edit: I'll be starting AP this afternoon. :thumbsup:

Made my leg session today look like cake. I did a very similar stance smith squat on my last leg day brother. Those things really make you hip-hinge! I wasn't doing anywhere near that weight!

Yeah, placing your feet out in front of the bar keeps your shins perpendicular throughout the movement and really destroys the quads. Haha I was surprised that I could handle 4 plates at that point.

Be careful, you'll get some wicked pumps in and out of the gym!

That and you might lean out more so you might need to up your calories

Still haven't used my jack3d af because I have an open tub of enhanced, hemavol, and conquer.

Nothing tops two scoops of enhanced, yet.

Two scoops of micro was up there but I feel like I need to use a whole tub of a pre before I can judge it

Yes sir. Haha I can't wait to finish up the 500g carb day with some AP. I've been pushing the calories/carbs already and will probably keep them the same for now. I'm thinking that AP will help me continue to add LBM without the small amount of fat that I'm seeing.

I wouldn't be able to hold off, but it's not a bad idea. I have a few pre-workout products with a good amount left that went bad (clumps/moisture issues).

Enhanced is great. That and Jack3d micro have been my go-to products, but Jack3d AF will be staying in the mix. I'd like to try High Volume at some point as well.

Yeah, its going great. This is my first time stacking PRIME with VERSA-1 and I'm feeling pretty beastly in the gym. Your lineup looks solid as well. If you get a log going definitely let me know. I'd recommend trying AP at some point; it's one of my favorite products. The OxyELITE Protein/AP deal would've been a great time to try it (sorry lol). AP is at NP for $18 either way. Lol I sadly never had the chance to experience the taste of Yellow Gold.
