I trimmed my beard last week, felt like I got my nuts wacked off...

Okay not that bad but it was a sad day.
 
Girlfriend doesn't like the big beard. Her mother always makes a point to tell me how handsome I look when I shave. Sigh. I usually keep a beard all winter too because I hate having a cold/dry face and dry skin.

Almost every married friend before me said don't do it. I'm happy though, we're way past the honeymoon stage but get along as well as one could expect two adults without kids can be :)

They aint really no thing at all. Some people get hung up on em but they really dont mean jack shyt. But they do help you look like an internet warrior though...

I test drove it and didn't care for it at all. However, I'm too stubborn to want to learn, so it's my issue.

Yezzur. As in shoulder press. Standing, belt wearing, iron heaving, overhead barbell shoulder press. Followed by seated, no belt wearing, high rep doing, dumbbell overhead shoulder press. Or OHP as some might say

I wouldn't say slow. 10lbs a month? I'll take that. That will equal out to more than that when on the platform. I started with it, then Cubed, now going back to an Advanced 5/3/1 template.
 
Ok so I decided to skip deload week. I missed deadz two weeks in a row due to scheduling issues so fck it. Started cycle 2 today with 495 for both squat and deadz, and 375 for bench. Still just throwing weight around for SHP days. Started periodizing the second big lift as well as the primary. Today was a little lackluster due to low food consumption and moderate alcohol all weekend. HAD A SUPER AWESOME WEEKEND
