Todays workout in the books. WOW crazy pump today. Never been pumped like this without a prewo.
Chest and tris
Incline db press 3x12 (50/50/60)
Incline db flyes 3x12 (30/30/35)
Floor presses 2x12 (185/165)
Cable crossover one drop set of 12 reps each
V bar pushdowns 3x12 (70/80/90)
Seated overhead db ext 3x12 (50/50/60)
Close grip bench 2x12 (130/135)

Now heades to house to cut some grass as long as the rain holds off
 
Still sitting around 230 but this week I will be adding in cardio off my three off days and on workout days I will be doing just some sort of hiit

My last halo run I think I only gain a pound on a low cal diet but the recomp effect was awesome. For every lb of fat I lost it was replaced with muscle.

Today just did 45 min of some cardio, been super crazy at work. No bad sides to report as of yet besides the increased sex drive but that’s not bad in my eyes at all. Been super busy at work but felt great to get in the gym

Killed them legs. What a pump I can hardly walk. I have noticed that my skin is a bit more oily I have also been peeing more but that could just be cause my increase of water intake

Got hour cardio in yesterday and first thing this morning. Gonna hammer chest and tris tomorrow. No sides to report only thing I have noticed aggression is up but using to kill it in tge gym. Weight this morning was 235 so up about 5 pounds since starting even running really low carb. Gonna update pics tomorrow morning after the workout. I have noticed that my muscles feel full even on non lifting days. Really enjoying this run so far amd the good news is I got two more weeks to stright kill it
 
5 lean lbs is always nice! The second half of this run will harden you up.. I'm liking the added cardio :)
