Notes:

a) Not much to add. I loved those 1.5 Squats and the Reeves. It took a few tries to get the Reeves down. Has anyone tried these with a shorter bar? I also had a 35 as the first plate. MAYBE it would have been easier with a 45 (bent plate a little more.

b) I don't look that "broken out" today. So maybe PR XT has nothing to do with it.

c) I think the Nolvadren XT is keeping me a little more in control of my irritability. I still want to throat check the guy that's sitting next to me because the f***er never learned to chew with his mouth closed, but I'm not as vein-popping mad about it as I was the last few weeks. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

Speaking of, how often can it be run? Unless something crazy happens in the next 8 weeks, I really like it.
 
Always a good idea to take at least a month off after 8 weeks. Don't wanna get too desensitized to the products. Gives your body a chance to reset itself so it can get ready for the next time you run the stack. That month off will make the next time you run it as effective as the first time; kind of a noob gainz methodology if that makes sense.

Word. So, you wouldn't typically recommend a 12 week run like we're doing?
 
Well, it's not like it's going to harm you, it's more of an idea of being wary of how your hormones may be affected by the AIs in each product. I know that from my experience, after a while PR-XT and Nolvadren-XT shot my libido down a bit. From the brassaiopis and arimistane in both products it was a bit of overkill. Then again, I don't need a lot of arimistane to feel its effects, and one pill of NXT is enough for me. Just have to try for yourself and see how you feel, which I guess is the point of logging! Sharing your experiences and comparing them with others.

Well... i just googled it and I think I did them wrong.
I went down super far, as far as I could and still be able to stand back up. That i what i thought they were.
Youtube showed me something different, like all the way down, half way up, back down, then all the way up. That sounds like a smoker!!

That's what I did. As far down as possible, 1/2 up, back down, the all the way up.

Then short stretching.

I can't say that I have noticed too much on day 1. Took me about a week to feel it when I logged a bottle before

Not sure how it would help with that.. but Achilles totally took all the pain out of my knees, and in approx 1 week.

I can't say at this point that I am having any new joint pain from this stack. My hips always hurt and my other joints are fine.
