Ppl hate on him but I really liked the guy. He would've been my go to guy to just wreck sh*t in the club and get bitches with. Cuz just like him idgaf haha.

I think people are mainly annoyed by the crowds of annoying fans that he gathered. But I think he was actually pretty good for the sport of bodybuilding, especially in terms of making it more appealing to the mainstream.

Day 15:

Back pumps were fukin crazy I started taking 5000mg of taurine. Hopefully that will help I was at 3000mg but I guess that fukin wasn't enough haaaa.
But I've been feeling real powerful, also feeling a little more pissed off. Ill have mood swings.. I woke up pissed today.. Then I was all of sudden in a good mood. Still not as bad as tren an test rage. That's some intense sh!t I remember throwing my phone cause it was too slow haa (fuk android).
But anyways
Today's workout was chest and back day.. rep with DBs for chest cause my wrist was sore from my wrist wraps.

Chest
Flat Db bench: 75x10 85x10 95x8 105x5
Incline Db: 65x10 75x10 85x8 95x6
Decline Db: 80x10 90x10 100x8 110x4
Db pec fly: 30x10 35x10 40x8 40x8
Dips: 2 sets till failure

Back! My lat pulldown wasn't working at the fukin gym today.. So I had to do all BB workouts

Bent over row: 135x10 155x10 185x8 205x6
Close grip row: 100x10 125x10 150x9 160x6
Db row: 70x10 80x10 100x8 115x6
Wide pull ups: 20/15/10/10
Normal grip pull ups: 30/20/10/10

That workout felt great each set of each rep felt so smooth. I'm not really sure how much I have ate today but I know it's over 3500 cals.
Weight 143. This what happen my last cycle I went up weight quick then the weight came slower but my strength kept increasing. Glad to have two more weeks and then in one week I'm going to start my epi cycle.

Great work!! I had the same mood issues when I ran this earlier this year, straight up killed ish in the gym but not so great when at home with the family.. How many lbs are you up now??
 
Looks like 7lbs? Good to see your doing just as many or more pulling than pushing movements!

The next two weeks should go great with the stenzine!

I upped the dosage to 3 pills a day. I don't feel like 2 is enough. On my last cycle 2 pills a day was just enough but, Isince it's my 2nd cycle with these compounds I should upp the dose a little bit

I got a couple nose bleeds today... Any one no the reason for this? It happened on my first ph cycle.
Workout today was shoulders
Overhead Db press: 45x10 55x10 65x8 70x6
Behind the neck smith machine: 105x15 105x15 135x7 135x7
Shoulder press: 105x10 135x10 155x8 185x5
Front shoulder extension: 25x10 35x10 45x6 50x4
Side should extension: 15x10 15x10 15x10
Db shrugs: 65x10 75x10 80x8 85x6

Sit-ups 100
Back pumps are fukin killlling me right now haha I'm taking 6000mg of taurine Nd it's barely helping. Also going to pick up some TUDCA to go along with my epi cycle coming up
My traps are starting to show a little more which is fukin awesome!!

That's right one thing I do know is our stuff is not bunk!! I'm running our Stano now and love it..
