alright guys just want to start off by saying thanks to the people at iron flex for letting me log this for them. i have never tried a product like this, so its gonna be fun. alright lets get down to the sh*t.

i will be taking :
halo x- as directed 2 pills a day
multi
fish oil

pct
torem- 120/90/60/30
daa- 3g
erase- 0/2/2/3

training- i will be trying the y3t training program, figured with this extra boost might as well hit the gym hard.
diet- im a low carb guy i have been able to lose weight and maintain my strenght. i will be keeping carbs below 50g a day for 7-9 days each time, then throw in a epic refeed day after each cycle.

will update with workout as it gets done this afternoon.

alright first workout in the book. just gettin back into things been out the gym for about two weeks due to work. kind of dissapointed with the weights but overall had great intensity. o well just leaves more room for improvement.

overall not to bad just getting back into it, ready for thise halo x to kick in, then it will be time to really kill it.

felt good this morning not really sore which surprised me with the workout i got in and the time away from the gym that i had.

It will depend. Since my focus will be getting my protein intake around 200 grams and keeping my carbs low. Then on refeeds will be whatever. Ive beeb running it like this for about 2 and half months and have dropped about 20 while keeping most of tue muscle so its beeb working.

I hate getting hurt at the gym. On time I dropped a 45 plate on my toe and smashed it!! Ouch
 
so hand is swollen and stiff but its should be ok, plus today is a off day, me and the family will be going out of town to visit my mom for the fourth and for her to get to visit with our new baby. ive already located a gym to use while im there for four days so its all set and the plan will be today off since we are driving, tuesday and wednesday gym, and thursday off because gym will be closed and friday off since we will be driving back that day, then saturday will be back in the gym.so it seems everything is planned out and hope it stays that way.
also wanted to note that looked a bit leaner first thing this morning not sure if it has anything to do with the halo x, but wanted to just throw it out there.

Monday was off day I spent the day driving to my moms with my wife and one month old little boy. Diet wise monday was refeed so I really enjoyed that.

Today
Legs sore from yesterday but feeling good. Hand still swollen and bruised but fu*k it I told myself to get in the gym and kill it. Did wake up dizzy amd nauseous not sure if its from halo since I took second dose right before bed last night.

Why cant everyone log like dat right der? Did you take you last dose with or without food?
 
If it happens again and you think its in correlation with the halo opt with taking it with food...
 
So a took the second dose last night a couple hours before bed with food and no dizziness or nausea this morning. So its all good.

Today is driving day headed back home and rdy to get back into my gym tomorrow and it. Didnt wake up dizzy this morning so I guess taking it with food and couple hours before bed works best for me
