K legs finally, this is a copy pasta from my Stimul8 mini log.

Honestly I forgot to take Px today, I woke up and went straight to the gym. Barely remembered to grab my belt.

Definitely a lot hungrier without it. As soon as I got back I ate so many carbs its ridiculous lol.

Squats 4 sets 8-12
Didn't wanna stay away from the bar! I pulled up a bench for my usual sit after a set but I only used it to keep my water jug on top of LOL

Split squat on hack squat 4 sets 12
These are a pain in the ass, well quad.
No real rest just go from leg to leg

Leg extensions 7 sets of 10
Start at 65, rest 10 seconds and move the pin a plate down every time.

I am pleased with my overall composition change over this log. Yes I screwed up more than I should have and could have done more in terms of cardio (which I'm doing after the game today) but I learned a lot!
 
Thanks guys, my belt is getting a bit loose. In a couple weeks I'm going to have to readjust the lever!

Yah I had 2 125 gram carb ups a week like that. It was not much but it kept me relatively same...not all the way though... I mean you've seen the pics :)
 
No. I thought it was poorly put together. Even removing myself from the book it didn't enjoy it.

They had a lot of set backs. I thought the depiction of zombies was very well, basically what resident evil could have been.

Cgi not too cheesy and not overdone.
 
Cgi was ok. Fast zombies is silly! Not enough battles. Too few encounters with military. Could have been much much better.

I think we shouldn't ruin this for the others lol I'm sorry you felt that way about the movie, I love all zombie movies and this one had a nice change up to the typical zombie shuffle lol.

Well I did 100 pull ups / chin ups

Then walked to my apt gym for

6 sets lat pulls
4 being underhanded and 2 wide normal

6 sets db rows with 50 lbs

3 sets standing high rows (foot on seat of lat pulldown)

elliptical for 20-25 minutes
 
my giyn olny closes at xmas and new year but on holidays like today it doesn't open till 9am which is ok too....

The closest golds close early on the weekends, then there's a couple 24/7 but a bit of a drive. If anything I am just going to move up back for the upcoming week

I'm pleased. It seems the lower I go the bigger my chest appears, guess I had a bit of Ye Ol' Chest Fat hanging around. The rack presses felt amazing

Preciate it, slow and steady wins this race.

At first I noticed the dreaded "omg I'm cutting my shirts are so loose" feeling. But as I go on my arms look bigger, my back wider as my chest thicker. I think tomorrow or the next day will be the end of this run :/

little story of what got me into bb'ing hardcore: had a buddy back in the 90s, he walked around carrying ~220-225lbs on his frame, always looked soft to me..he deciding to do a show, trained for couple months and dieted right while I was away traveling so I dint see him for awhile..
when I got back and saw him in the gym, he looked like a totally different person, was wearing this muscle shirt that showed off these huge ginormous guns..just looked jacked everywhere..i said "dude! you look hyooge!!"
he laffs and smirks at me: "I just dropped over 30lbs man, down to 190 now"

From my best friends, to people at the gym I lift with or am cool with. And I'm like "0.o I am dieting are you just being a d*ck?" Lmao

And if it wasn't for Dragonball Z and my mom signing me up and making me go for a month I'd still be 140 lol
 
Yah I try for quality lbs, I spent too much time being big and soft looking. If I gain just a little now it looks huge.

Indeed, the fluff was good to get me started and capitalize on my teen years and nooby gains but now I wanna actually be able to see my hard work

Finished off taken one handle off, leaving 40 lbs on and getting 12 each

This new gym is leg based as it should be but to my disappointment there was no adjustable rack. So rack deads were pretty weird

variation of low rowand it was weird
2 sets of 1 pps and I couldn't raise the seat high enough to get a good contraction so I was kinda pissed off lol.
